911 tapes from murder attempt on Kavanaugh released, AOC brags about stalling protection for justices

Following a mentally disturbed young leftist plotting to kill Brett Kavanaugh and eventually calling 911 on himself, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez bragged about stalling legislation to protect Supreme Court justices.

The 911 tapes connected to the incident where Nicholas John Roske, 26, of Simi Valley, California, traveled to Kavanaugh’s Maryland home, planning to murder him, are a chilling peek into the mind of a deranged liberal’s urges, devoid of emotion and stability. He only gave up on his plan when he spotted two deputy U.S. Marshals standing guard. Roske then called 911 claiming he needed “psychiatric help” after realizing he couldn’t get away with killing Kavanaugh, according to Fox News.

The would-be killer was carrying a black tactical vest, pepper spray, duct tape, a knife, a hammer, a screwdriver, a crowbar, zip ties, and a Glock 17 pistol with ammunition, as well as other gear he allegedly intended to use on Kavanaugh after breaking into his home to murder him.

Roske was arrested by Montgomery County Police Department officers Wednesday morning near the justice’s home according to a criminal complaint. He is being charged with attempting or threatening to kidnap or murder a U.S. judge according to the Department of Justice.

Roske spent approximately 15 minutes on his call with 911. He told the operator that he was having “thoughts” and he had traveled from California “to act on them.”

“Are you thinking of hurting anyone, including yourself?” The operator asked him.

“Yes,” Roske responded. The operator asked him if he had access to weapons. He said he did, but that the weapon was unloaded and locked in a suitcase.

Roske went on to tell the operator that he had not taken any drugs or alcohol. The operator proceeded to ask him if he needed medical attention.

“I need psychiatric help,” Roske replied.

The operator asked Roske why he traveled from California to Maryland and if he knew someone. Roske responded, “Brett Kavanaugh… The Supreme Court Justice.”

According to the 911 call from Roske, he has been hospitalized before, lives with his parents, has no children, and has a pet dog. He stayed on the phone with the operator until the police showed up.

After being arrested, Roske told police he was incensed by a leaked draft opinion suggesting the Supreme Court was on the verge of overturning the landmark abortion case Roe vs. Wade. He was also angry over the Uvalde, Texas mass shooting and thought Kavanaugh would vote to loosen gun control laws, according to an affidavit.

When the would-be assassin was asked how he found Kavanaugh’s home, he said it was through an article with a picture of the house and a street number.

In the wake of the disturbing incident, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) evidently has decided that the justices are not worthy of protection because gun-control legislation has not been passed.

She took to Instagram the day after the attempted assassination of Kavanaugh to briefly rail against passing legislation that would provide protection to Supreme Court justices as threats roll in over the pending ruling on abortion.

Ocasio-Cortez posted a video on Instagram showing her running to stop the legislation from passing. She claimed that lawmakers were trying to pass the bill on a “fly-out” day when members of Congress return to their districts. She asserted that fly-out days are filled with “maximum hijinks” from leadership in both parties.

She took issue with the bill potentially being passed with unanimous consent, keeping the names of lawmakers off of it.

“I wake up this morning and I start to hear murmurs that there is going to be an attempt to pass the Supreme Court Supplemental Protection Bill the day after gun safety legislation for schools and kids and people is stalled. Oh, so we can pass protections for us and here easily, right? But we can’t pass protections for everyday people? I think not,” she declared.

The bill calling for security for the justices and their families has been ostensibly held up in the House of Representatives by Speaker Nancy Pelosi and radical Democrats.

“It’s about staff and the rest. The justices are protected,” Pelosi disingenuously asserted to reporters. “Nobody is in danger over the weekend because of our not having a bill.”

House Democrats claim they want to expand the bill to include enhanced security for Supreme Court clerks and other employees. They rejected the unanimous consent request by House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) who vented his rage on the House floor.

“How many times do they have to be threatened?” he demanded. “How many people have to be arrested with a gun outside their home?”

“What would have happened had he not called 911?” McCarthy asked Democrats. “He didn’t just have a gun. He had zip ties. But somehow you want to leave. This bill could be on the president’s desk right now.”
