The inflammatory and irresponsible rhetoric of Democrats and their media allies nearly led to what would have been a shocking act of violence against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh after a plot to kill him failed on Wednesday. But despite the dangerous situation, protesters were allowed to march unimpeded in front of his home later in the day, a violation of federal law.
With the high court’s ruling in the Mississippi abortion case that could overturn Roe v. Wade rapidly approaching, the potential that unhinged individuals could act out against conservative justices and their families has become very real and the assassination mission of a California man who had very nasty plans for Kavanaugh and possibly his wife and their daughters should have merited some sort of response from Democrats to call off the dogs.
After he traveled across the country to find “purpose” in his life, 26-year-old Nicholas John Roske spilled his guts to the police admitting that he was furious at the Supreme Court over the possibility that Roe v. Wade could be upended, saying that he was furious that the landmark ruling could be overturned.
Instead of authorities acting to reinforce security around Kavanaugh’s home after such a close call, the mob was permitted to engage in their ongoing harassment of the justice and his family to intimidate him prior to the crucial ruling.

Last month, after the mobs began to descend on the justices’ neighborhoods, then-White House press secretary Jen Psaki who was representing the Biden administration gave the green light to the protests.
“So I know that there’s an outrage right now I guess about protests that have been peaceful to date, and we certainly continue to encourage that outside of judges’ homes and that’s the president’s position,” she said, even though such protests are unlawful.
In light of the Kavanaugh news, first question to the White House today should be:
“Does President Biden stand by this?”

Fox News host Jesse Watters made several excellent points during Wednesday’s edition of “Jesse Watters Primetime” after playing a clip of Psaki’s blessing of the protests.
“The White House encouraged protests outside the home of Supreme Court justices, whatever happened to ‘words matter’?” Watters asked. “So by the left’s own standards, they’re complicit. They argued that Trump’s speech on Jan. 6 was a criminal act because it incited a riot at the Capitol. So in this case, by their own standards, the White House and the Democrats in Congress practically endorsed the hit.”
Watters also called out Attorney General Merrick Garland over the illegal protests.
“He had the chance to arrest the protesters outside of Kavanaugh’s house last month, but he didn’t do it, didn’t fit the agenda, it’s actually a federal crime to protest outside of a justice’s house and Garland let them break the law,” he said.
According to US Code 1507 which specifically addresses picketing or parading, “Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.”
When it comes to incitement, there was also the fiery demagoguery of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer who, in 2020, stood in front of the Supreme Court and specifically threatened conservative justices including Kavanaugh.

Watters warned of a season of political violence.
“This is just the beginning, this summer is going to be ugly,” he said. “That’s why we have to get to the bottom of this. This could be a little criminal conspiracy that needs to be investigated, again, by the Left’s own standards. We might have to appoint a commission. We might have to hold hearings. We have a criminal leak. We have a group that’s protesting outside the house. You have an attorney general that’s not doing anything about this. You have a senator who’s agitating. You have a White House who’s giving this license.”
“Maybe time to put some people in leg shackles like they did to Navarro,” he said referring to former Trump adviser Peter Navarro who was arrested last week. “These people incited violence possibly, and we need to hold them accountable if they did. Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Liz Warren — anybody who has their hands on this should face consequences, again, by the left’s own standards. Don’t call me crazy. They set the rules. We’re just following them.”
Roske was likely able to pinpoint the location of the Kavanaugh home from information available online, after a radical pro-abortion group that published maps online following the leak of a SCOTUS draft opinion by Justice Samuel Alito reacted to the possibility they were complicit.

Under Democrat rule, there will be nothing done to deter the threats to the justices nor to reign in their shock troops who could unleash a real insurrection upon the nation if Roe v. Wade is thrown into the dustbin of history.
