A former Secret Service agent named Konstantinos “Gus” Dimitrelos, who is also a cyber forensics expert, confirms that data examined on Hunter Biden’s laptop indicates that he copied personal data from his sister-in-law Hallie Biden’s phone more than a dozen times between 2017 and 2018.
Hallie Biden is the widow of Hunter Biden’s deceased brother, Beau Biden. He began an affair with her after his brother died of brain cancer in 2015.
Dimitrelos was retained by the Washington Examiner to examine and verify Hunter Biden’s laptop. He has reportedly “testified in over 100 classified, criminal, and civil matters at the state, federal, and international level as a cyber forensics expert,” according to the media outlet. He served in the Secret Service Electronic Crimes Special Agent Program from 1997 through 2005.
What isn’t clear at this point is whether or not Hunter Biden had Hallie Biden’s permission to copy the data. If he didn’t have her go-ahead to copy her text messages, photos, notes, call logs, calendar, and over 120 voicemails, he may have violated federal law more than once. Some of the texts and voicemails indicate that she was aware of his foreign business dealings with China.
When Hunter Biden’s attorney was asked if the communications were obtained with Hallie Biden’s consent, he refused to comment.
“I confirmed with 100% certainty Hallie Biden’s iPhones were accessed and data from the devices was copied to the laptop and stored in numerous folders and later accessed,” Dimitrelos asserted. “Without legal or authorized consent, the person accessing someone else’s computer device and performing the extraction of the data may be in violation of multiple federal statutes including 18 USC 1030 and 18 U.S. 2511 for unauthorized access of a computer system or interception of an electronic communication.”
“Typically, the Justice Department treats the unauthorized access into other people’s computers and interception of their communications, hacking and bugging, as serious business,” former assistant U.S. attorney Andrew McCarthy told the Washington Examiner in an interview.
“Bear in mind, from a national security perspective, that Hunter Biden himself is among the least significant aspect of the Biden investigation,” he noted. “To the extent his computer files show potentially unlawful activity, and shady foreign business arrangements, they are grist for blackmail. The Hunter Biden laptop story is not principally about Hunter Biden. It is about the Biden family broadly and the question of whether American interests are vulnerable.”

Records from the laptop show that Hunter Biden bought a program called Dr. Fone on May 6, 2017. He proceeded to allegedly use it to extract data from multiple iPhones that belonged to Hallie Biden.
Test messages from the sister-in-law show that she and Hunter Biden fought over what he thought was an affair between her and a man named David Walsh.
“You are heartless and I will not be treated like second fiddle to not only beau but now fucking David,” Hunter texted Hallie Biden on April 28, 2017. “I think your affair with David started innocently enough. … The truth is sex is irrelevant David is irrelevant the only thing I cannot abide by is the lie and then the lie about the lie and on and on.”
The first extraction of data reportedly happened on May 31, 2017. Over the next few months, texts dealt with the blowup over Walsh.
The hard drive also contained a number of screenshots of the user looking at Hallie Biden’s phone records.
Dimitrelos says he is 100 percent certain Hunter Biden “was the only person responsible for the activity on this hard drive and all its stored data.” He previously told the Washington Examiner that the laptop is authentic and the data has not been manipulated.
Only the Washington media could believe the Russia hoax was real and the Hunter Biden laptop was fake.

Possibly the most interesting aspect of Hallie Biden’s text messages and voicemails is that they indicate she was aware of the Biden family’s business dealings in China.
“He is at the hotel still dealing with the Chinese and meetings,” she texted one of Hunter Biden’s children on May 7, 2017. That occurred approximately five days after Hunter Biden’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski said he met Hunter and Joe Biden in person to discuss a potential business deal with the now-defunct Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC.
Joe Biden’s brother, Jim Biden, left a number of voicemails on Hallie Biden’s phone, including one that referenced Hunter Biden’s business dealings.
“Hey Hallie, it’s Uncle Jim. Give me a call when you can,” Jim Biden said in one of the voicemails that were copied by Hunter Biden from Hallie Biden’s iPhone on Oct. 28, 2017. “I haven’t heard from our boy in a day and a half or so … it’s unusual I haven’t heard from him. He shouldn’t be involved in all this business stuff going on right now anyway, but I just wanted to know if you’ve been talking with him.”
There was a myriad of other texts and voicemails relating to personal interactions between Hunter and Hallie Biden as well.
All of this adds to the case against Hunter Biden which is still evolving.
Republicans on the House Oversight Committee sent letters on Wednesday to numerous banks and the Treasury Department demanding more information concerning Hunter Biden and his associates. The letters, according to The Wall Street Journal, ask for financial records.

If Republicans win the House in November, it is almost a certainty that they will go after both Hunter Biden and his father, President Joe Biden concerning their business dealings with foreign entities.
“We’re definitely laying the groundwork to come out of the gate in January,” said Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), who is the ranking Republican on the oversight committee.
