Piers Morgan doubles down, absolutely shreds Meghan Markle and Oprah’s ‘undiluted whine-a-thon’

British journalist and commentator Piers Morgan did an interview with Fox News’ Tucker Carlson and discussed the Meghan Markle, Prince Harry interview with Oprah Winfrey, calling it an “undiluted whine-a-thon” before he really let loose.

He said he did not believe that Markle is a “terrible victim of racist oppression,” and that “she’s either completely delusion, or she’s deliberately lying.” He’s flat out calling Markle a liar and says that she pressured his network into firing him because he would not parrot her narrative of racism and victimhood.

Morgan is still the editor-at-large for the UK Daily Mail and he is sticking to his journalistic integrity no matter what it costs him. Morgan vowed he won’t be canceled and won’t bow to the ‘woke’ mob. He says this is about freedom of speech. The interview with Carlson on his new show “Tucker Carlson Today” airing on Fox Nation was the first one Morgan’s done since he left “Good Morning Britain.”

“I should be able to be a journalist and question the veracity of those statements. And frankly, I should be allowed in a democracy that values freedom of speech, I should be allowed to say, I’m sorry, I don’t believe you. But I wasn’t. I wasn’t allowed to do that,” Morgan declared.

“I still don’t believe what they were saying, in particular, I don’t believe what Meghan Markle said,” Morgan said to Carlson. “Seventeen different claims have now been proven to be either completely untrue or massively exaggerated or unprovable… I don’t believe Meghan Markle, huge furor erupted through the day, I was an outrage.”

“I wasn’t allowed to have an opinion that I didn’t believe what she was saying even though it was clear in real-time as I watching the interview where there were a number of things that couldn’t be true,” he posited.

Morgan left “Good Morning Britain” after a heated confrontation with meteorologist Alex Beresford over claims concerning Markle’s racism allegations. “[Markle] is entitled to cut you off if she wants to. And yet you continue to trash her,” said Beresford. That prompted Morgan to walk off the set at that point. He called it a “premeditated attack.” Later, he would part ways with the show entirely.

The former TV host is furious over the disrespect shown the Queen and the British Royal Family in general. “She’s the longest-serving ruler of any kind in the world, [has] huge respect from many people in Britain and around the world, also head of the Commonwealth and primarily with Black citizens,” asserted Morgan. “[Markle is] accusing the Queen or the monarch of being racist — that’s really what’s going down here.”

Markle leveled accusations of someone in the royal family being concerned with the color of her baby in her interview with Winfrey. Prince Harry seemed to indicate that it was not the Queen or her husband Prince Philip. At the time of the interview, Philip, who is 99-years-old, was very ill and in the hospital.

Morgan has also parted ways with a former friend, CNN’s Don Lemon, who accused him of being a racist for questioning Markle’s credibility. Lemon alleged that Morgan was guilty of an “act of racism” for speaking out against Markle.

“I’ve seen Don Lemon at CNN,” Morgan said to Carlson. “The guy who sits in my old office, who I thought was a friend actually [said] on his show that I’d committed an act of racism… [D]isbelieving someone? That’s an act of racism?”

Morgan is also outraged at the treatment of his friend, Sharon Osbourne, for standing up for him. She was ostensibly “removed from their job” for defending him.

He also broached the subject of people labeling him as insensitive over Markle’s alleged suicidal thoughts when she was pregnant. “It’s not for me to say whether she felt suicidal, that’s only for her to know,” he stated.

“What I was taking issue with, is she claims she went to two members of the royal household — A senior aide and also human resources. And she told both of them she was feeling suicidal, and need help and both of them rejected that and said that she couldn’t get help because it would be bad for the brand of the royal family and I just find that impossible to believe,” he said

“[The idea] that you would have two people in the palace that would be that callous, to a woman telling them that she was suicidal,” Morgan added incredulously.

Morgan also noted that Markle and Harry were taking advantage of their royal creds, making millions in deals with companies such as Netflix, CBS, Spotify, etc. while playing the victim card. He says they live in an $11 million mansion in California and are using their titles to make more and more money off of lies and scandals.
