Museum reportedly gets $1 million grant to put white folks in shackles

Video of a live museum “exhibit” is going viral for all the wrong reasons.

Roots 101 African American History Museum in Louisville reportedly received a $1 million grant to put willing white folks in shackles.

In the video, a black man says “Welcome to America” before, ‘clink‘, the shackles are locked around a white woman’s wrist as she begins her struggle session.

And if anyone thought that the woman had anything profound to say, they were woefully mistaken, as at least one person on X pointed out.

America, of course, was far from unique in its original sin of slavery, and plenty of X users voiced frustration over the incessant need by some to “virtue signal” over the past, rather than learn from it, and evolve.
