Deep State Is Hiding Its Treason in Guatemala
In an April 28 Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing, Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) demonstrated collusion among Democrats, the deep state, and the Soles Cartel. Kaine did this while questioning Juan Rodriguez, President Donald Trump’s nominee to be the US ambassador to Guatemala.
Kaine asked Rodriguez if he would continue sanctions against Attorney General Consuelo Porras. The Joe Biden regime demonized Porras because she was the principal obstacle to its stealing of Guatemala’s 2023 election for Bernardo Arévalo and promotion of illegal drugs and migrants through Guatemala.
Biden holdovers Ambassador Tobin Bradley and Deputy Chief of Mission Patrick Ventrell undermined Trump and our country until their removal a year into Trump’s current term. The Trump administration has continued the sanctions on Porras.
Kaine and Soles Cartel agents inside the State Department (DOS) know Trump’s engagement with Porras will expose their treason. Kaine’s obsession with Porras—who must leave her post on May 17—indicates concern that Trump will support a third term for her. That is still possible with immediate, proper application of the law.
John Barrett, Ventrell’s successor, reversed some of his predecessor’s crimes. Arévalo stated he would complain to DOS that Barrett was favoring the reappointments of high-court magistrate Roberto Molina and Porras.
Barrett’s unusual, sudden transfer to Venezuela in late April without DOS comment created space for DOS traitors to intervene against Porras. Barrett’s replacement has had insufficient time to influence the process to conform to the law.
Without external opposition, the nominating commission for attorney general has acted illegally to favor Arévalo’s candidates. High-court inaction to challenges to the commission’s violations indicates DOS traitors have influenced it to illegally exclude Porras and enable Arévalo to appoint a crony. The goals are: steal Guatemala’s 2027 elections, drop the multiple criminal complaints against Arévalo, and hide the DOS traitors’ crimes.
If Guatemala’s laws were applied, Porras would be on the list from which the president must choose the next attorney general, and Arévalo would be disqualified from making that appointment. Kaine and Soles Cartel agents want their corrupt attorney general in office before Rodriguez’s arrival.
Kaine’s questioning of Rodriguez elicited damning information that should expose Kaine and Soles Cartel agents in DOS. Unsatisfied with Rodriguez’s answer that he was unaware of why DOS had sanctioned Porras, Kaine asked if anyone at DOS had talked to him about her. Rodriguez replied: “They told me the information was classified, and as a lay person, I’m not entitled to receive that information.”

Classification protects US national security secrets. Only a crime by Porras could affect US national security. The US government has not charged her. Porras has even demanded that DOS declassify the information so that she will be able to exercise her right to defend herself.
To hide their treason, DOS traitors created a bogus classification to keep Trump officials from engaging with Porras. Sharing the information would be a crime, making the demonization harder to penetrate. This DOS deception from Biden holdovers has harmed US national security. Any loyal Trump official should see through the “national security” ploy.
Kaine demonizes Guatemalans who oppose his agenda as the “pact of the corrupt,” which Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) has called a smear tactic. This is like Democrats demonizing Trump as a dictator and a racist: the opposite of the truth.
Kaine said he thought the corruption pact was attempting a coup in 2023 to keep Arevalo from becoming president. Democrats project their own ways onto their targets. The real coup was run by the Biden regime and DOS, for which there is substantial evidence, including in Congress.
Arévalo is an illegitimate president. He would not have been elected or inaugurated without DOS crimes. He has not been removed as president, as the law requires, because of DOS crimes, including under Trump.
Kaine thanked Secretary of State Marco Rubio for supporting Arévalo, as if bipartisanship proves Kaine’s case. It does not, and could be a problem for Rubio if he runs for president.
DOS traitors’ success so far in Guatemala under Trump complicates Rodriguez’s goals. He said he wants to combat narcotrafficking and illegal migration, promote the rule of law and economic development, and limit China’s damage while promoting Taiwan. The April 28 hearing shows Democrats and DOS traitors are already undermining Rodriguez.
Looking into DOS officials involved in keeping Bradley and Ventrell in Guatemala under Trump and in removing Barrett from Guatemala would expose traitors. Investigating who created the classified material about Porras and who used it to keep Trump officials from engaging with her is essential.
Trump should order these investigations and push Congress to hold hearings on the Solec Cartel’s collusion with government officials. This should happen quickly to educate the public about the treasonous nature of the bureaucracy before the midterms.
