One of the basic tenets of the government is to provide for the safety and security of its citizens. Sadly, too many elected officials have forgotten this basic premise, and innocent Americans are dying as a result of incompetence, misplaced allegiance and, of course, Trump Derangement Syndrome. You may recall the names: Laken Riley (Biden couldn’t), Rachel Morin and Jocelyn Nungaray (age 12), who were murdered at the hands of illegal aliens. These terrible incidents are just the ones that gained national attention; there are so many others that point to a broken system.
According to a December 2025 report by the Office of Homeland Security, over 1700 criminals were released back into Governor Pritzker’s state of Illinois because he didn’t want to work with ICE. It was a temper tantrum with terrible consequences that put Illinois citizens at risk because of his dislike for President Trump. The report cited that many of those released were murderers, kidnappers, sexual predators and pedophiles.
In Virginia, newly elected democratic governor Spanberger signed an executive order that no longer required local and state law enforcement to cooperate with ICE, proving that TDS is alive and well in Virginia, too. Not too long after this executive order, Stephanie Minter, a 41-year-old citizen of Fredericksburg, was stabbed to death on a bus stop by Sierra Leone national Abdul Jalloh, an illegal alien who had a long criminal history that included over 30 arrests for rape, malicious wounding, assault, drug possession, larceny, and numerous other charges.
During the No Kings protest, many unwitting protesters marched in defense of illegals, not realizing that they too, and members of their families, could one day become victims of a broken system that puts every American at risk of becoming an angel family.
The list of victims gets longer each day and gallons of the blood of innocent men, women and children are on the hands of those who are willing accomplices of individuals who should never have been allowed to have their feet touch American soil. Some stories become national news, but that is rare because it reflects badly on legacy media that doesn’t want to publicize narratives that would vilify politicians they support for their role in the deaths of innocent people. One needs only to scroll down the list of Americans who have died at the hands of the dregs of humanity who were let into the country by a political party that traded blood for votes: (https://americanskilledbyillegals.org/list-of-americans-killed-by-illegal-immigrants/) to understand the pain endured by victims’ families.
In Pritzker’s Illinois, Loyola student Sheridan Gordon will never be 19 due to Illinois’ refusal to work with ICE. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt reported ABC coverage of this story was only 1 minute and 19 seconds, CBS coverage was 2 minutes and one second and NBC’s coverage of the story was only 23 seconds. Politicians compounded this with silence and callous rhetoric, which included the words of Chicago Alderwoman Maria Hadden, who made the assertion that Sheridan may have been a victim of “being in the wrong place at the wrong time.” Gordon was shot and killed by an illegal alien whose defense attorney wanted him to remain in jail, not to protect the community, but to protect him from being arrested by ICE!
How many more Americans have to die because of the incompetence and selfishness of elected officials who are more concerned about the welfare of criminals than they are about the victims whose lives have been taken by the worst of the worst?
In New York, an 83-year-old veteran, Richard Williams, was pushed in front of a train by Bairon Posada- Hernandez. Williams died of a brain injury in a New York hospital as a result. Posada-Heranandez had 15 prior charges against him, which included: aggravated assault, domestic violence, obstruction of police, drug possession, and in a city that has some of the toughest gun laws in America, possession of a weapon. He had been deported 4 previous times, but due to New York City’s sanctuary policies, he was back on the streets to kill an American veteran.
In Lexington, Kentucky, Jorge Luis Martinez Ulloa, a Honduran national, entered the country four times under Obama and Biden’s Administrations. He is currently being held on the rape, sodomy, assault and strangulation of a 12-year-old girl. Guatemalan illegal, Miguel Lopez, who was labeled as a “Virginia Father,” and who was let into the country under the Biden Administration, is in custody for allegedly killing his 3-month-old daughter.
When politicians don’t come to the aid of criminals, they can count on liberal judges who are quick to give felons a tender slap on the wrist, especially in cases involving sexual violence. Miguel Flories-Avalos was arrested on multiple counts for sex crimes, but Baltimore County Circuit Court Judge Keith Truffer, who originally sentenced him to 25 years, reduced the sentence to 18 months. In Massachusetts, Judge Timothy Q. Feeley sentenced Manuel Soto-Vitting to 2 years of probation after a 2015 conviction for dealing heroin and cocaine because the judge made the excuse that a conviction would have meant deportation, as if this was a bad thing.
In the case of a trans illegal immigrant, Nicol Alexandra-Contreras-Suarez (who entered under the Biden Administration) pled guilty to sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy, a 6 month plea deal sentence was accepted by Judge Michele Rodney, despite the fact that this individual had a record for armed robbery, prostitution, and assault with a dangerous weapon, which occurred in a sanctuary city.
The list of unconscionable decisions by liberal judges isn’t just related to criminal cases. In Minnesota, where fraud appears to be a way of life, U.S. District Court Judge, Nancy Brasel gave fraudsters who stole millions of dollars as part of the Feeding Our Future Scam very light sentences for money laundering. Zamzam Jama was only given 6 months, even though her family is accused of stealing 5.6 million dollars. Abdul Abubaker was sentenced by Judge Brasel to 1 year in jail after he admitted to creating fraudulent invoices in the amount of approximately 3 million dollars.
Elected officials who overlook the harm that predators, whether criminal or civil, impose upon American society put everyone in harm’s way. Their disregard for the common good of Americans is a slap in the face, and the excuses don’t matter to parents who have to identify the remains of their children in the morgue.
Forty-two states have laws that hold bartenders accountable for harm caused to the public if they serve intoxicated individuals alcohol. In some situations, a store that sells guns can be liable if they sell a gun to someone who is not allowed to have a gun, such as a minor, a felon or a person prohibited by law from owning a gun. If others can be culpable for damage done through negligence, shouldn’t this apply to politicians and especially judges, whose actions put dangerous people with long records into communities where they commit serious crimes?
The failure of politicians to work with ICE is petty, and the failure of judges to look at the big picture of criminal behavior on a case by case basis and sentence criminals appropriately is unacceptable. It is time for politicians and lawmakers to stop making decisions because of their dislike for Donald Trump and their contempt for ICE and do the right thing, which is to protect Americans. In a world where crime is a fact of life, it is beyond stupid to import criminals from other lands, but that is exactly what the Biden policy of opening the border created and electing democrats will provide more of these same policies. No family member should have to bury their loved ones because politicians and judges forgot that public safety should be at the top of their list of priorities.
