House oversight ‘kills’ Nancy Mace’s move to subpoena Ilhan Omar’s immigration records

Nancy Mace sounded off after Republicans and Democrats joined forces to kill her move to expose Ilhan Omar’s immigration records.

The South Carolina GOP Rep. announced a subpoena on Wednesday against the Minnesota Dem over allegations of “federal marriage fraud” and demanded “real accountability.”

Omar has been accused of marrying her brother, whom she’s reportedly called her “brother/husband” to scam legal immigration processes. Amid the ongoing Somali fraud scandal in Minnesota, Mace sought to get to the bottom of those allegations once and for all.

Many X users, however, were skeptical that anything would come of it.

Sadly, the skeptics were right. Hours later, Mace reported that the motion had been killed by both parties.
