The campaign team for America First superstar Kari Lake has shared screenshots on social media of a leftist organization perhaps attempting, at least indirectly, to offer cash to vote liberal or as an incentive to spew progressive talking points.
The Kari Lake War Room account tweeted out some text messages purportedly originating from a Democrat-aligned group in an effort that appears potentially unethical. Some critics claimed the initiative is something along the lines of vote buying.
“This is not #FakeNews. Many people have now sent us screenshots of this. The [Arizona Democrat Party] is getting desperate. They should be. The Red Wave is coming for them,” Lake’s crew boldly asserted.
Below that tweet is a screenshot of a text to a voter supposedly from the “Progressive Turnout Project” offering $250/week to “rally your friends and family to vote.”
Another retweeted text message purportedly offered one hundred bucks to “talk with other Democrats about the election,” which has got to be one of the most boring conversations imaginable.

You can review the texts and form your own conclusions as to whether any impropriety is involved.
According to its website, the “Progressive Turnout Project is the largest voter contact organization in the country, specifically dedicated to mobilizing the Democratic Party and defending democracy,” (emphasis added).
“Our voter turnout initiatives are solely focused on motivating Democrats to exercise their right to vote.”
Already one of the best orators in the MAGA movement, former broadcaster and outspoken and uncompromising corporate media critic Kari Lake, a champion of election integrity, is the GOP nominee for governor in the Grand Canyon State.
On Election Day, Lake is likely to defeat (barring any hocus-pocus) Democrat Secretary of State and debate-ducker Katie Hobbs.
Among other things, Trump-endorsed Lake has vowed on day one of her administration to declare an invasion on the southern border and deploy resources to secure Arizona’s boundary, including finishing the wall.
Another one of her important key proposals is to offer high school students training in the skilled trades that will enable them to get high-paying jobs upon graduation rather than pursuing a relatively meaningless college degree.
Lake’s popularity, which may or may not be underestimated in polling data, could help carry U.S. Senate candidate Blake Masters across the finish line.
