The 911 audio of the domestic dispute between Chicago State’s Attorney Kim Foxx and her husband has been released revealing that she told him to “get out” during the fight where she allegedly slapped him.

Kelley Foxx called 911 during the domestic dispute on June 4 at approximately 10 p.m., according to a police report. The audio of the altercation was obtained by Fox News and other media outlets via a public records request. The husband told the 911 dispatcher that the fight had gotten “physical.”

At that point in the call, the dispatcher asked Kelley Foxx if anyone was hurt and he responded, “No, not yet.”

During the audio, Kelley Foxx can be heard telling his wife, “Don’t touch me.” A woman who is presumably Kim Foxx replied, “Everybody’s touching you. Get out!”

Kelley Foxx informed the dispatcher there were no weapons involved and no one had been drinking.

When the Flossmoor Police Department responded to the 911 call, an officer found the couple standing on the front step. The husband reportedly told the officer that “Kimberly got mad about something that was posted on Facebook that he did.”

When Kim Foxx asked her husband to “get out,” he reportedly refused. Kelley Foxx told the officer on the scene that his wife had blocked him from leaving a bathroom. Then she allegedly grabbed his collar and threw his video game controller on the ground.

An officer reported that Kim Foxx overheard her husband recounting his version of events, and stated that she said, “All of that is true.”

“He tried to turn on the TV and Kimberly snatched the controller out of his hand and threw the controller,” the police report contends.

At that point, the husband claims Kim Foxx slapped him across the left cheek. The officer reported that he did not “observe any indicators to support his claim of being struck. There was no redness or swelling visible on his face.”

The officer reported telling Kelley Foxx that there were no apparent marks on his face. The husband allegedly replied that he just wanted to be left alone.

The husband was then asked if he felt safe in the house, and he reportedly replied that he wanted to “make sure someone understands what is happening here.”

Kelley Foxx was visibly defensive claiming that he just wanted the fight to stop and that “she can’t come in my personal space and put her hands on me.”

Kim Foxx told a different officer that she got into an argument with her husband and asked that he leave. She admitted to putting her hands on him but claims that it was only to guide him out of the house. She denied slapping Kelley Foxx.

The officer asked Kim Foxx if she felt safe in the home. She replied, “I mean, he’s not crazy,” according to the police report.

An officer spoke with the couple’s 19-year-old daughter as well who was home at the time. She said she heard the fight, but didn’t see anything and couldn’t tell what was going on.

Kim and Kelley Foxx have reportedly been together for more than 20 years and the relationship has allegedly never gotten violent. Kim Foxx said she believed her husband only called the police to hurt her, according to the report. This was the first time police have responded to a domestic dispute involving the couple, according to CBS News.

No arrests were made following the altercation and neither Kim nor Kelley Foxx chose to leave their home according to the police report.

The beleaguered state’s attorney had previously said in a statement given to Fox News that “This is a personal family matter, and we ask that you provide our family with respect and privacy.”
