1. If “Identify and Arrest” is going to be applied to SCOTUS it should apply to every Federal Office/Organization including Congress and the DOJ.

   Odd how quickly they were able to put up a fence, almost like someone in charge knew when it would be needed.

4. I didn’t hear about the FBI or DOJ raiding Politico to find the source of the leak. If it was Project Veritas or any non-liberal publication, a raid of their offices would have already taken place. There may even have been charges filed.

6. How about holding Politico responsible for printing the article? There should be consequences for printing articles authored by anonymous sources. There should be a law that every piece of news must be verified before being released to the public. No more anonymous sources. 13. Roe V Wade was bad law from its inception. The extremely liberal SCOTUS at the time, found a right to privacy that is not in the constitution, and that was what the decision was based on. It was the right decision, but bad law. The honest law professors at the time did not expect it to last 10 years. The reason it has lasted this long is that its relevance to cases brought before SCOTUS, plaintiffs have kept it hidden away. This is the 1st time any plaintiffs have brought it out in the open, and they made a serious blunder by doing so. Alito is absolutely correct in his opinion. The liberals are going to go nuts, but it is their own fault for using it as a precedent. Now it will go back to the states, where it should have been all along.

16. The liberal-progressives go bananas when their religion of abortion is threatened saying the precedent should be maintained. I wonder if they would’ve taken the same approach when slavery was overturned.

For purely statistical reasons (this country isn’t brave enough, praise God, to allow sex-selected abortions yet), almost half of the abortions carried out in this country terminate females (and should we reach that even more dreadful point, it’s likely the proportion would be even worse, like in China). Hillary’s hysterics about how overturning a case of SCOTUS activism will wind up “killing women” deserves a pragmatic response. A principled one won’t get anywhere with people like this. So I’d simply retort, “Maybe it will, but fewer women will die now that we aren’t aborting so many of them”. Honestly, I shouldn’t even concede “maybe”, since “the mother’s health” hasn’t been a good reason for abortion for decades, and the criteria involved, as I’ve read recently, were way too flimsy in the first place.

    We can apply similar pragmatic reasoning to handle the nonsense about women’s rights being trampled on. Fewer will have that problem because fewer will be losing the first and most fundamental: that to life.

    But I’m wasting my time; concurring opinions don’t do much, and those who won’t take on these pragmatic considerations won’t see reason, as they don’t want to see it. Why else lie about what’s being aborted?
