Rapper Cardi B profanely went off on her fans Sunday who chastised her for skipping the Grammys in Las Vegas with the “Up” performer allegedly wishing death on one Twitter critic’s mother and then deleting her Twitter and Instagram accounts in a fit of rage.
“I bet your son wouldn’t like for you to be on your a** while teasing us fans and never dropping music,” one fan carped on Twitter.
“I hope your moms die,” the rapper replied in a since-deleted thread, according to the New York Post.
At the heart of the upset was the fact that Cardi B was nominated for Best Rap Performance and then decided not to attend the 64th Grammy Awards.
“My thing is, why hype us up if you know [you’re] not going [to the Grammys] from the jump?” tweeted another fan. “[Cardi B] needs to take her fans more seriously [because] this is getting ridiculous, I’m sorry.”
My thing is why hype us up if you know you not going from the jump? She need to take her fans more seriously cuz this is getting ridiculous I’m sorry.
And don’t come in my comments acting dvmb like she wasn’t hyping us up with them fashion hints 🙄— Victor (@thestarisdust) April 4, 2022
“When did I hype y’all up? Where and when did I ever [give] hints? Like are you okay,” Cardi B angrily responded. “I’m not going to [an] award show if I don’t got a new song to perform Or my album ain’t out.”
In the thread, she reportedly told one fan to “drink acid” and another to “suck d*ck.”
A fan went after one of her children which really set the rapper off.
“[Cardi B] do you kiss your [autistic] child with that mouth?” asked one individual in response to the death wish sentiment.
“None of my kids are autistic … Don’t project what you got on my kids the f***,” Cardi B bit back.
The back and forth led to the star announcing that she was deleting her Twitter account over safety issues.
“I’m deleting my Twitter but on God I hate this f***in dumba** fan base. You got the slow dumba**es dragging my kids all cause y’all [thought] I was going to the Grammys and I didn’t, the f***?” she tweeted just before her account was deleted. “When the f*** I hinted I was going? Just f***in stupid. I can’t. I needs to protect myself.”

On Instagram, before her account also went dark there, the rapper posted a lengthy video doubling down on her rant and proclaiming she was not taking back any of her tweets and meant every single one of them.
“I’m doing girl-day sh*t today, right? And I’m chilling and everything and then I’m going through my Twitter, and I see people in my Twitter—my fans, my own f**king fans—talking sh*t like, ‘Oh.’ Practically saying that I’m lazy, and that I was giving hints that I was going to the Grammys. B*tch, how the f*** was I giving hints that I’m going to the Grammys when I literally lasering and bleaching my p**** on my Insta story?” she began in her video rant.
“Do I have any new music,” she asked. “Why would I show up with one nomination? And I lost it anyways, so you wanted me to go to the Grammys, lose an award, and me just be there smiling like, ‘That’s great, that’s great.’ Like, come on now my n****. Come on now. I don’t like that sh*t. And then it’s like, ‘Oh but you was giving out hints…’ What in my Insta story gave you hints that I was gonna go into the Grammys? Oh my tweet, ‘I like men that like fashion,’ what the f*** does that have to do with the Grammys? Red hair and tattoos, what the f*** does that have to do with me saying I’m going to the Grammys?” she asked.
“And motherf***ers talking like I’m getting canceled, this and that. Let me tell you something, I don’t give a f***, whatever I said on them tweets, I really motherf***ing mean it,” an infuriated Cardi B said. “‘Oh, why would you wish that on somebody mother?’ Well, that person brought up my son. If you talking sh*t about me, why you bringing up my f***ing son?”
“If you bring up my son, I hate you, I wish the worst on you, I wish the worst on your mother, your father, your sister, your everything. I hate you, b*tch,” she bluntly responded. “I wish your f***ing existence f***ing disappear off earth, because you a dumbass b*tch for bringing up my mother f***ing son.”
“There’s nothing wrong with that disorder … I have friends that have children that are autistic. But my kid doesn’t have that. So if I want to say, ‘Don’t put that sh*t on my kid,’ I can say that. Why am I wrong for me saying [that]? … My child has been getting hate since the day she came out my f***ing p****,” the “WAP” singer said referring to the autism jab.
“I be wishing I could catch y’all so I could kill y’all with my own f***ing hands,” Cardi B furiously stated. “I’m not taking nothing back, suck my d*ck. F*** outta here.”

Cardi B also claimed she skipped the Grammys because she was working on new music, according to E! News, “I gotta prep today and I gotta prep tomorrow. So Tuesday, I’m going far away and f***ing finish the motherf***ing album.”
“I’m doing a red carpet soon and it’s gonna be great, but I don’t like it when motherf***ers attack me to do some sh*t and then call me lazy because I’m not doing it,” she claimed. “One thing I hate is when people call me lazy because I work so motherf***ing much. And that’s why I’m f***ing mad.”
