Attorney General Merrick Garland has faced growing criticism from those forlorn souls who have been anxiously awaiting the arrest, trial and imprisonment of former President Donald J. Trump and the nation’s top law enforcement official continues to disappoint the lynch mob.
On Friday, during a Justice Department press conference on a completely unrelated matter, a reporter went off topic to question the attorney general about whether he felt pressure from Democrats, including members of Nancy Pelosi’s sham committee to investigate the so-called “insurrection” who are demanding that Garland act against Trump, his associates and his family as time ticks down toward the midterm elections.
As Garland was wrapping up the news conference billed where he announced a “Superseding Indictment Charging 12 in Gun-Running Conspiracy to Supply Firearms to Gang Members in Chicago,” according to a DOJ press release, a reporter hijacked the session by interjecting politics.
“I’m sorry to ask an off-topic question, but there’s been so much criticism of the Justice Department around the January 6 investigation, and a lot of people trying to pressure the department to either work faster or even to investigate specific individuals,” she asked. “How would you respond to that pressure, and to those critics?”

The attorney general replied, “Look, the only pressure I feel, and the only pressure that our line prosecutors feel, is to do the right thing. That means we follow the facts and the law wherever they may lead, thanks, everyone, “as he walked away from the podium, leaving the lynch mob hanging.
With the committee busily conducting its witch hunt albeit with little to hang their hats on to this point, the media and a number of Democrats attempted to bully Garland into taking what would be a highly controversial if not explosive course of action against both a former president as well as the opposition party’s leading candidate for the 2024 election and a likely rematch with the hugely unpopular Joe Biden.
This week, two members of the travesty that Trump has dubbed the “unselect” committee spoke out publicly in an effort to give Garland a nudge.
Rep. Elaine Luria of Virginia tweeted out a video of her committee grandstanding demanding that ““Attorney General Garland, do your job so we can do ours,”

Luria’s fellow committee member, Rep. Adam Schiff who was one of the managers of the first failed impeachment of Trump also called for action from AG Garland.
“Congress is doing its part. The DOJ must do the same,” the California Democrat tweeted.
Judge David Carter issued a remarkable opinion.
Finding the former president may have committed a crime and fraud against the people of the United States.

Despite Garland’s reticence, hope springs eternal with the same group who believed that the walls were closing in throughout the Mueller probe with CNN reporting that a Washington D.C. grand jury has issued subpoenas indicating that the “investigation is moving onto a new level” which could just be more false hope peddled by a network that has racked up an impressive record of Trump bombshells that turned out to be duds.
Democrats, their RINO collaborators, mouthy celebs and leftist media figures should be highly skeptical of CNN’s scoop after hopes for a new Watergate over a “7 hour gap” in White House phone logs on January 6, 2021 turned out be a total hoax.

Democrat pressure on Garland will likely intensify with the likelihood of their committee being disbanded if as many are predicting, voters strip them of control of Congress in November.

I will believe the January 6 committee is justified when the Committee 1) RELEASES the Video footage from January 6; 2) charges the political prisoners with an actual crime instead of holding them illegally for 1 year and 4 months. Nancy’s corrupt committee has blood on their hands by the suicides their uncharged victims have committed now. This committee has treated our citizens as bad as the KGB! Pelosi created this corrupt committee when she refused the Republicans selected by our own Party and replaced them with cherry picked RINO Trump hating globalists like LIZ Cheney. The Jan 6 committee has always acted like a very unfair and unConstitutional POS committee.
HOW MANY “crimes” have the dems CONFIRMED that were somehow NOT CONFIRMED? AND, how many CRIMES has PRESIDENT TRUMP decried in the past that various dems had committed that have been PROVEN?? The dems don’t have much predictive accuracy to hang a hat on!!

In America, we have a bunch of prisoners who were falsely accused of an insurrection by the current Admin and their abhorrent and seditious media, the political prisoners have not been charged with anything let alone insurrection, yet they sit in the worse run prison in DC in isolation, treated inhumanly and without any due process whatsoever! Schifforbrains has already admitted to altering emails and texts, also known as evidence, which is a felony. The fact that he is still on the committee shows this is nothing more than a democrat infomercial. He should have been kicked off the committee, arrested, indicted and convicted of evidence tampering. But this committee still has an admitted felon, who committed the felony while serving on the committee, asking questions and calling Nancy Pelosi’s riot an “insurrection”. It is the only “insurrection” I have ever read about where not one of those participating was carrying a firearm, and the only person killed was 5’2″ Ashli Babbit who was ambush murdered by a black policeman. The election is coming fast, and Pelosi and Bowser are going to have to answer for their riot. The one they both caused by refusing President Trump’s offer of 20,000 National Guard troops. There were 7 people in the room when Trump made the offer, and they all heard the offer being made, and Pelosi’s refusal.FJB
one of those political prisoners took his own life the other day, when he learned that they are piling up more false accusations against him in order to put him away for a long time!
He was entirely innocent, he walked through an OPEN door at the Capital, never threatened anyone, never harmed anything! His crimes? He trespassed, that is his only crime and for that he got to spend an entire year in prison in isolation!
His story is typical of all those now falsely imprisoned and treated worse than terrorists. NONE of Pelosi’s political prisoners have even been charges with anything yet, because they are innocent!
Also, why do we need Pelosi’s committee when the Justice Dept is supposedly investigating 1/6? Oh yeah bc they can talk about it in their media, just like they did with Trump’s Russia Hoax uncountable to the truth!
I think the committee should continue after the 2024 “elections” but using all of the evidence and videos they have and investigate Pelosi, Schumer, and Schiff’s communications to find out the real people behind the “False Flag Operation and Trap”. That is what I want to know.
I have no faith in any of this charade. On MSNBC and CNN, they are all sharpening their fangs, giddy for a perp walk and a public execution of Trumps and his family. Garland does not seem like a strong or principled person (parents are terrorists) and this may be a game. My guess? Garland and company are still working on a Democrat yummy for the mid-terms.
Found a crime on Donald Trump. Mean tweets. After years of investigations and impeachment’s, we found mean tweets. Tweets that exposed those hidden in dirt and mire. Tweets that really hurt some people’s feelings. Mean tweets are criminal and impeachable. Yeah, right. Crazy Joe Biden doesn’t send mean tweets. That’s why he should be impeached. That and the 25th AMENDMENT.

These are the same people who bought the Russia collusion hoax and the Steele dossier hook line and sinker. They blatantly made this committee highly partisan by rejecting the members proposed by Republicans to ensure they get their predetermined conclusion. They are desperate to get something on Trump before November because they know they’re going to lose the House and that will be it.
They are also in a race against time knowing that further indictments are coming from Durham. And then there’s the whole Hunter Biden investigation. They are pathetically obvious.
I am afraid this will all be dismissed and nothing will be done. Fraud elections have consequences!

My expectation is he’ll wait closer to the 2024 election. They can’t charge him with anything, but make it look like they will, just like the Russian Collusion garbage. Right now,the J6 has nothing to give the DOJ, just a lot of innuendoes.
