Country music singer and songwriter John Rich is commending performers for standing strong and not bowing down to pressure from the industry to get the COVID vaccine even if it means getting fired, declaring that very soon big named artists will be exposed.

“Recorded with an A list player today who was FIRED from one of the biggest artists in country music for not taking the jab. Tears flowed, but in the end she did not bow down. GOOD for her! These ‘country’ artists market to you, but they ain’t you. You’ll find out names, soon,” Rich tweeted.

The country music legend has been fearless in his stance for freedom of choice when it comes to mask and vaccine mandates. In August of last year, he supported and stood behind singer Carrie Underwood after she liked a tweet from conservative podcaster Matt Walsh that opposed school mask mandates in Nashville.

Walsh shared a video clip on Twitter of his speech at the Nashville School Board meeting on Aug. 10 where he “spoke out against the cruel and indefensible mask mandate for children.” In the video, Walsh compared mask mandates for children to “child abuse.”

“I say Carrie Underwood can like whatever tweet she wants to like. Who are ‘they’ to shout her down? Watch out, she’s a tough Okie gal:) You see what’s going on here? It’s ‘freedom of speech unless you disagree with the mob,’” Rich tweeted.

He was also close friends with Meat Loaf, who passed away recently. Rumors are swirling that Meat Loaf died due to complications with COVID and that he was unvaccinated but there has been no cause of death officially released yet.

“Meatloaf was a fierce Patriot for America. He travelled the world and saw how other countries lived, and understood that only in America would he have had the chances he had to succeed and overcome. He was the epitome of an American dream chaser and a great friend to me,” Rich tweeted after Meat Loaf had passed.

The country singer has never been shy about his conservative politics. He recently stood up for singer Jason Aldean who was accused by the left of using his children as political props because they wore anti-Biden T-shirts, according to Music Mayhem. He declared that freedom of speech was far more important than approval from the liberal music industry.

He has also railed against businesses getting shut down in Nashville due to COVID.

Rich noted in 2020 that bars and restaurants were “critical” to Nashville’s economy and culture.

“It is a disaster, it is gutted,” Rich told Fox News host Laura Ingraham. “Mayor John Cooper has betrayed our town. He has betrayed Music City. He is a Judas to this town. He is now the de Blasio of the South.”

Now, Rich is taking his support for freedom of speech even further and is vowing to expose the music industry for its liberal bias. His fans love it:
