Judge reveals someone was filming Rittenhouse jurors at bus pickup as prosecutors wind down case

Prosecutors appeared to be winding down their case Tuesday in the murder trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, who shot three men, during the night of August 25th, 2020, in Kenosha Wisconsin. Facing six charges, including first-degree intentional homicide, Rittenhouse has pleaded not guilty, claiming self-defense.

With many onlookers predicting Rittenhouse, who is now 18-years-old, will be acquitted, there was a disturbing development earlier in the day involving the Rittenhouse jury pool, coming on the heels of a report Monday that people were at the Kenosha courthouse photographing jurors.

Julio Rosas, a senior writer at Townhall.com, tweeted: “Judge Schroeder reveals someone filmed the Kyle Rittenhouse jurors when they were picked up by the bus this morning. Schroeder said deputies made the person delete the video and added more steps will be taken to prevent something like that from happening again.”

In a follow-up tweet, Rosas said he was unsure about whether the person was arrested, adding that the judge “didn’t say anything about that.”

Fox News multimedia reporter Jiovanni Lieggi added more information on the development, tweeting: “It doesn’t appear any more action is being taken.”

A video from Cortez Rice, a man who claimed to be the nephew of George Floyd, went viral Monday when he said he knows people at the trial and that there are “cameras in there,” apparently suggesting that jurors will be doxxed if they don’t deliver “the same results.”

Monday’s testimony featured a stunning admission from the prosecuting team’s own witness, Gaige Grosskreutz, who appeared to bolster Rittenhouse’s claim of self-defense when he answered “correct,” to this assessment from Rittenhouse’s lawyers, Corey Chirafisi: “It wasn’t until you pointed your gun at him, advanced on him, with your gun pointed down at him, that he fired, right?”

Grosskreutz is the third man who was shot by the defendant.

More and more, it appears that the prosecution pursued a “bad case” because the online mob demanded as much, as seen here:

A montage of liberal talking heads demonizing Rittenhouse was shared online by Grabien founder Tom Elliott.

In the two-plus minute footage begins with a Young Turk mouth-breather Ana Kasparian claiming Rittenhouse “murdered two people,” with notable media figures comparing him to a “school shooter,” and calling him a “17-year-old vigilante” who was “arguably a domestic terrorist.” Cenk Uygur accused him of being “deeply racist,” egregiously claiming he “provoked people and then shot and killed them.” But the worst depiction came from MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough, who said Rittenhouse was “running around shooting and killing protesters… shooting people up, including a guy with a skateboard.”

Never mind that the guy with the skateboard was seen on video attacking Rittenhouse and beating him with said skateboard.

The montage captures everything that is wrong with journalism in America today. A collection of partisan left-wing mouth breathers who use their platform to advance a narrative favorable to the Democratic Party truth be damned, even if it means throwing a teenager who appears to be innocent to the wolves.

One thing is certain, if acquitted, Rittenhouse will never escape the allegations put out by the media. Much like the Ferguson police officer who was forced to defend his very life against a violent, attacking Michael Brown — as determined by Eric Holder’s Justice Department — who outweighed the officer by a hundred pounds, his life will never be the same.
