Joe Biden, a career politician who received 81 million votes in the 2020 presidential election according to the official count, is currently experiencing a job approval rating in record freefall as the country is beset with one crisis after another.
In a continuation of a trend, a Gallup poll released on October 22 complied from October 1-19 pegs President Biden’s approval rating with U.S. adults at just 42 percent.
“His public support has fallen 14 percentage points since June, including a six-point drop last month,” the liberal-leaning organization noted.
This data represents a purported worst approval ratings plunge for any POTUS since World War II.
Gallup spins its newest findings as “steady at lower level.”
Democrats (92 percent) are overwhelmingly still ridin’ with Biden based on the Gallup data, and Republicans just the opposite (94 percent).
Most concerning for the Biden administration, perhaps, as the 2022 congressional midterm elections approach is that “34% of independents approve of the job Biden is doing, the lowest of his term to date. His approval among independents has fallen a total of 21 points since June, including nine points since August,” Gallup explained.

The Real Clear Politics aggregate of 10 different polls similarly reveals a Biden 42 percent job approval at the moment.
A CNBC All-America Economic Survey conducted last week indicates the Biden has a 41 percent job approval rating, which the financial news network describes as slipping “deeply underwater.”
“Behind the decline is a surge in negative views of his handling of the economy, with just 40% approving,” CNBC added.
“Biden also faces an increasing disillusionment among Americans that he can’t fix the border crisis, snarled supply chains, high gas prices, soaring inflation, consumer goods shortages, and the coronavirus pandemic, among a whole list of other things,” ZeroHedge assserted.
The mishandled U.S. troop withdrawal from Afghanistan is another key issue that has undermined the president’s stature with the electorate.
Apart from hardcore partisan Democrats in and out of government, Biden’s main constituency groups seem to include the corporate media and in Big Tech.
