“The Five” host Greg Gutfeld blasted critics of the ever-expanding list of lawmakers who are calling for the impeachment of President Joe Biden over his incompetent and deadly handling of the Afghanistan troop drawdown.
Gutfeld astutely pointed out that the very same people who are attacking those calling for Biden’s impeachment are those who demanded that former President Trump be impeached over a phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“I love how the media is already scolding people for bringing up impeachment and saying ‘how dare you cheapen the process’ – this is from the same people who screamed impeachment for four years, who impeached Trump over a phone call,” he asserted.
“You tell me that this is less egregious than a phone call? Dead Americans? That’s crazy,” Gutfeld stated.

Gutfeld contended that he opposes impeachment primarily because Vice President Kamala Harris would fill Biden’s incompetent shoes. He believes she’s even less qualified to lead than the president.
“There would be a crisis dinner every night, crisis meals every day,” Gutfeld predicted if Harris ascends to the presidency.
He noted that the discord in the Democratic Party is due to their propping up an elderly politician because they wanted to win the presidency and give Trump the boot. They also wanted to push Critical Race Theory and the premise that America is a racist nation.
“This pitiful woke embrace by the Democrats has destroyed their party. You can’t lead a country if you believe the country is racist and is guilty of the original sin of racism. You can’t lead a country if you abdicate the responsibilities of the survival of a government which is immigration and law enforcement. It’s all connected,” he claimed.
“The abdication of responsibility during the riots, the denigration of the police, the conflation of the immigration process to racism leads to a feeble foreign policy — a foreign policy in which only a feeble response is the right one because you don’t have the moral authority to actually exercise the right choices,” Gutfeld surmised.
He blames the Democrats primarily for running a defective candidate in the first place.
“They knew his state. They knew he couldn’t lead. They assumed win first, worry about whether he can lead later. Now they’re left holding the bag. You can’t yell at Joe. You got him in there, right. They wanted Joe to win and not govern. Now he has to govern and he can’t.”
“That’s where we are and that’s why we’re scared…this political thing, hiding the hunter Biden laptop story, the entire cabal of institutions working to get him elected then lying about this consensus…That’s my defense of Joe Biden. I think he would be pleased of it,” Gutfeld concluded.
Many Republicans are now calling for Biden’s ouster.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Rep. Bob Good were among the first to call for Biden’s impeachment over the bloody catastrophe in Afghanistan and the thousands of Americans stranded behind enemy lines.
Thank you @RepBobGood for cosponsoring my articles of impeachment against Joe Biden related to Afghanistan and the border.
It’s time for Congress to hold this administration accountable.
Joe Biden must be impeached. Immediately.
— Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (@RepMTG) August 27, 2021
Biden and all key decision makers are responsible for the deaths of 13 soldiers.
The Taliban allowed the ISIS attacks. US officials gave them a kill list. And we have not retaliated?
There should be harsh punishment against the Taliban and ISIS-K.
And we must #ImpeachBiden!
— Marjorie Taylor Greene 🇺🇸 (@mtgreenee) August 27, 2021
Greene submitted impeachment articles cosponsored by Rep. Jeff Duncan, which have now been referred to the House Judiciary Committee.
It is time to take action and remove the sitting President from office due to his gross negligence that undermined our national security, led to the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan, and resulted in a grave humanitarian crisis.

Other conservatives have followed suit in what is now a deluge of calls for Biden to step down.
President Biden’s failure to have a well-planned conditions-based withdrawal from Afghanistan has put American troops and citizens in harm’s way and has now cost the lives of at least twelve U.S. service members. He should be impeached. Read my full statement here. pic.twitter.com/G6H1bBxa9T

To say that today’s loss of American lives in Kabul is sickening does not begin to do justice to what has happened. It is enraging. And Joe Biden is responsible. It is now clear beyond all doubt that he has neither the capacity nor the will to lead. He must resign
— Josh Hawley (@HawleyMO) August 26, 2021
President Biden, you yourself said ‘The Buck stops here.’ Do the American people a favor. Resign and turn the job over to someone who can handle it.

Joe Biden has blood on his hands.
The buck stops with the President of the United States.
This horrific national security and humanitarian disaster is solely the result of Joe Biden’s weak and incompetent leadership. He is unfit to be Commander-in-Chief.

Rep. Andy Harris of Maryland and Ralph Norman of South Carolina both formally announced impeachment articles against Secretary of State Blinken. Harris declared in a statement that Afghanistan has become an “unmitigated catastrophe [and] preventable tragedy [that] rests solely on the shoulders of President Biden and his administration, and in particular the Secretary of State.”
"Secretary Blinken’s complete and utter failure of managing this avoidable catastrophe makes him unfit for leadership, and I hope my colleagues will join me in pushing for his removal."

“We are the most powerful nation on the planet, and we must make clear to the Taliban that we will stay to get our people out as long as that takes. Secretary Blinken’s complete and utter failure of managing this avoidable catastrophe makes him unfit for leadership, and I hope my colleagues will join me in pushing for his removal,” wrote Dr. Harris.
Many, many Americans agree with the Republicans and want Biden gone over Afghanistan:
Democrats drafted articles of impeachment over January 6th despite the fact that not a single person was murdered. They lied REPEATEDLY about what took place.
Biden just allowed the killing of 13 US troops, 90 Afghans— and 1500 Americans are still stranded.
IMPEACH HIM, FRAUDS.

Here is the real test.
If decent Democrats do not vocally, and through their actions, completely disown and then impeach Biden tomorrow after the murder of our Marines and Corpsman, then we know the Democrat Party is irredeemably anti-American.
And we must never forgive them.

The magnitude of this failure is unspeakable.#ImpeachBiden and keep going down the list of every person involved in providing a kill list to the Taliban terrorists and getting 13 of our own killed. https://t.co/fy2YtJffex

Is treason enough of a reason to impeach a president?
Biden's govt fixed the election, entrapped and imprisoned 500 innocent people, murdering one, used our tax dollars to arm our enemies, and then gave them a list of Americans in the region.
