MSNBC was roasted on Twitter for hiring shady former FBI lawyer Lisa Page as a national security/legal analyst for NBC News and MSNBC. This probably caused numerous women (and some men) at the left-wing networks to clutch their pearls — and their husbands.
Mika Brzezinski — who started dating her new husband Joe Scarborough when he was married to another woman — better hide her man!
Page rose to fame in 2017 amid revelations that she had exchanged 10,000 anti-Trump text messages with Peter Strzok — the-then deputy director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division. Both Page and Strzok were married to other people at the time.
Page and Strzok — both Obama holdovers at the upper levels of the FBI — became lovers while working on Robert Mueller’s sham Russia investigation.
The failed Mueller probe produced no evidence of collusion between the 2016 Trump campaign and Russia. So great job, Lisa and Peter!
President Trump reacted by tweeting: “You must be kidding??? This is a total disgrace!”
Page made her debut as an MSNBC analyst on Friday on “Deadline: White House.”

Trump supporter Tiff joked: “Pretty obvious Lisa Page sucked half the married execs’ peacock at NBC/MSNBC to land a New National Security and Legal Analyst gig-just as she did in the FBI.”

Jonathan Turley, a professor at Georgetown Law School, remarked: “The problem is not that Page disagrees with the Administration on legal matters, but that she is personally involved in the investigations and has shown intense and at times unhinged bias against Trump.”

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton pointed out that Page’s extramarital affair with Peter Strzok “compromised both the sham Clinton investigation AND the fraud Russia investigation of President Trump.”

DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz (an Obama appointee) uncovered thousands of anti-Trump texts between Lisa Page and her married lover Peter Strzok in July 2017, when his office sought text messages from the government-issued phones of FBI employees involved in the Hillary Clinton email investigation.
Strzok and Page — both Hillary Clinton supporters who despised Trump — were having an affair while working on Mueller’s investigation of President Trump. Strzok supervised the Clinton email investigation and oversaw the Trump-Russia probe.

Strzok — who fawned over Hillary in his texts — conducted the sloppy FBI interview of Clinton over the Fourth of July weekend in 2016.
Strzok also personally handpicked the 3,000 (out of the 700,000 Hillary-related emails) for review. That’s 0.004% of the total stash the FBI should have looked at.
That means more than 99% of Hillary’s emails were never examined before then-FBI director James Comey cavalierly closed the investigation of her email server days before the 2016 presidential election.
In their texts, Strzok and Page repeatedly mocked then-candidate Donald Trump as “an idiot” and a “menace” and hatched a plot to prevent his election. The lovers also vowed to undermine Trump if he got elected.
