Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson slam-dunked triggered media hyenas who scolded Americans for daring to enjoy the Memorial Day weekend after months of restrictive lockdowns.
Carlson said these sanctimonious, left-wing killjoys are secretly relishing in your suffering because they’re power-tripping. Why? Because the cable-news pundits are still collecting their fat paychecks and get to play “experts” on TV while ordering you to shut up and obey.
“Grilling a hamburger in the fresh air. Hitting the park. Walking the beach for a couple of hours. It’s essential. All of us need it,” Carlson said. “Nature is medicine. Happy, balanced people understand that intuitively and don’t just sit on a couch all day barking at other people on social media. Your soul will rot if you do that. Unfortunately, it’s too late for a lot of people at CNN.”
Tucker added: “For reasons that no one in authority has ever explained, cable news yappers have been classified as ‘essential workers’ from the very first day of lockdown. They didn’t lose their jobs. They have not been quarantined. If anything, they are thriving in the midst of this disaster. They feel more essential than they ever have.”
Carlson continued: “Your suffering has been the best thing to happen to them since impeachment, when they got to spend a full month pretending to know where Ukraine is. You can imagine their rage when they saw you outdoors this weekend, enjoying time with your family. The fact that you disobeyed them drove them insane.”

Tucker then noted the hypocrisy of left-wing pundits like CNN’s Chris Cuomo, who broke quarantine while infected with the coronavirus while lecturing viewers to remain under house arrest.
“Andrew Cuomo’s brother [Chris Cuomo] works at CNN,” Carlson recounted.” He had the virus a while back. He didn’t bother to quarantine when he had it. He told you he was, he didn’t. He got in his car and drove to his second home and wandered around with no mask on. Then he went back on television and shouted at YOU for not wearing a mask.”
Tucker played a montage of pro-lockdown leftists on CNN and MSNBC scolding Americans for daring to enjoy the spring weather outdoors. Reminder: Scientific research shows that there’s minimal chance of outdoor coronavirus transmission.
MSNBC: What is wrong with these people not wearing masks? Do they not care about their own safety?

Carlson then discussed a recent survey showing that Americans under age 30 (the lowest-risk group for corona deaths) are the most terrified of the virus.
Why? Because the panic-pimping media have been breathlessly shrieking around the clock that WE’RE ALL GOING TO DIE!!!
“The people on television have lied to them and it’s wrecking their lives,” Carlson said. “Meanwhile, the people on television themselves are just fine. They don’t seem afraid.”
Numerous medical experts say the extended lockdowns have done more harm than good.
On May 19, a consortium of 600 physicians (who actually practice medicine, unlike government bureaucrat Anthony Fauci) urged President Trump to end the nationwide lockdowns, saying they will have catastrophic consequences for the country.
The emotional letter from 600 doctors states: “We are alarmed at what appears to be the lack of consideration for the future health of our patients. The downstream health effects are being massively under-estimated and under-reported. This is an order of magnitude error.”
The missive continued: “It is impossible to overstate the short, medium, and long-term harm to people’s health with a continued shutdown. In medical terms, the shutdown was a mass casualty incident. The millions of casualties of a continued shutdown will be hiding in plain sight, but they will be called alcoholism, homelessness, suicide, heart attack, stroke, or kidney failure.”
