President Trump already has a female jurist in mind to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg when she retires from the Supreme Court: Illinois federal judge Amy Coney Barrett.
Anonymous sources say Trump has told people that “I’m saving her for Ginsburg,” according to liberal website Axios.
Judge Amy Coney Barrett is a Catholic who opposes abortion. And this has the Left terrified that their preferred form of state-sponsored birth control could be in jeopardy.
However, it’s highly unlikely that Roe v. Wade will ever be overturned no matter who sits on the bench.
Leftists Offer Their Organs to Keep RBG Alive
Meanwhile, liberals are desperately hoping that Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 86, won’t retire anytime soon.
Some have even offered to donate their organs just to keep their favorite left-wing activist judge on the bench. But as conservative author Ben Shapiro joked: “She doesn’t even play the organ.”

Ruth Bader Ginsburg Plagued With Health Problems
Ginsburg refuses to retire, even though she has been plagued with numerous health problems in recent years.
In December 2018, RBG underwent surgery to remove malignant nodules from her lung. In November, Ginsburg was hospitalized after fracturing several ribs in a fall.
As BizPac Review reported, Ginsburg hates President Trump and refuses to retire out of spite. In July 2018, RBG even said she thinks she could last another five years on the Supreme Court bench.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a liberal, was appointed in 1994 by Bill Clinton. Ginsburg previously suggested that she would have retired in 2018 if Hillary Clinton had been elected.
Ginsburg is now digging in her brittle heels amid leftist hysteria that President Trump will get to appoint three justices to the U.S. Supreme Court when she inevitably retires.

Trump’s Imprint on Supreme Court Will Last for Decades
In 2017, Trump appointed Neil Gorsuch to SCOTUS. In October 2018, Trump appointed Brett Kavanaugh to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy, who retired. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are both young: 51, and 53, respectively.
Not surprisingly, Ginsburg opposes term limits for Supreme Court appointees — a policy many Americans don’t approve of.
“You can’t set term limits, because to do that you’d have to amend the Constitution,” Ginsburg claimed. “We hold our offices during good behavior…And most judges are very well-behaved.”
But is Ruth Bader Ginsburg “well-behaved?” Not really. In July 2016, Ginsburg publicly trashed then-presidential candidate Donald Trump, calling him an egotistical “faker.”
Ginsburg then suggested she would move to New Zealand if Trump got elected (like other leftists, RBG is all talk and no action).
Ginsburg Violated Code of Judicial Ethics
In response, Trump clapped back on Twitter, suggesting RBG should resign. “Her mind is shot — resign!” he tweeted.
“I think it’s highly inappropriate that a United States Supreme Court judge gets involved in a political campaign,” Trump told reporters. “It’s a disgrace to the court.”
While Justice Ginsburg has the right to free speech like every other American, as a federal judge, she is bound to a code of judicial ethics aimed at preventing the appearance of partisan bias.
With her anti-Trump statements, Ginsburg violated Canon 5 of the Code of Conduct, which states that a federal “judge should not publicly endorse or oppose a candidate for public office.”
Ginsburg was widely condemned by both liberals and conservatives for being unprofessional, including by the editorial boards of the Washington Post (which is anti-Trump) and the leftist, Trump-hating New York Times.
Days later, Ruth Bader Ginsburg apologized for her inappropriate remarks in a statement: “On reflection, my recent remarks in response to press inquiries were ill-advised and I regret making them. Judges should avoid commenting on a candidate for public office.”
However, the apology is too-little, too-late because RBG revealed that she’s a partisan activist — not an unbiased jurist. That alone is reason enough for Ginsburg to step down.
