Democrat Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez cranked up the probability of riots by telling the Left that Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death should “radicalize” them into fighting even harder than they have been.

“Let this moment radicalize you,” Ocasio-Cortez urged her followers on Instagram live. “Let this moment really put everything into stark focus because this election has always been about the fight of and for our lives. I need you to be ready.”

Ocasio-Cortez also warned that if Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell tries to replace Ginsburg this year, there will be hell to pay.

“If Mitch McConnell is not going to honor RBG’s final wish, we will,” AOC warned.

Ocasio-Cortez was referring to Ginsburg’s alleged deathbed wish that she not be replaced until a new president is installed.

For the record, Ginsburg had no authority to make such a request, since filling a Supreme Court seat is decided by the sitting U.S. president and the Senate.

In her rambling Instagram live video, Ocasio-Cortez also urged liberals to vote for Democrat Joe Biden and to resist President Trump even more.

“No president is the answer,” AOC said. “Mass movements are the answer. We can, and must, fight. It will require each and every one of us, from the streets to the Senate.”

AOC added: “We need to focus on voting for Joe Biden. I don’t care if you like him or not. Voting for Joe Biden is not about whether you agree with him. It’s a vote to let our democracy live another day.”

Ocasio-Cortez said Ginsburg’s death was devastating because the Supreme Court is now on the verge of teetering to the right.

“It’s earth-shattering,” Ocasio-Cortez lamented. “This kind of vacancy and this kind of tipping point is the difference between people having reproductive rights, and the government controlling people’s bodies for them. It’s the difference between us having a future and our climate or not. And the timing of this vacancy is extremely unsettling and scary to a lot of people.”

AOC then slammed Senator Mitch McConnell for vowing to replace Ginsburg as soon as President Trump announces a nominee.

The Democrats have made no secret of their plans to pack the Supreme Court with activist left-wing judges who will make — and not merely interpret — the law.

This is something that even Justice Ginsburg criticized Democrats for trying to do.

However, Ginsburg was similarly adamant about keeping the Supreme Court left-leaning.

In 2018, Ginsburg vowed to postpone retirement and stay on the bench for another five years despite her numerous health problems because she apparently wanted to spite President Trump.

Justice Ginsburg, a liberal, was appointed in 1994 by Bill Clinton. Ginsburg previously suggested that she would’ve retired in 2019 if Hillary Clinton had won the presidency.

In July 2016, Ginsburg publicly trashed then-presidential candidate Donald Trump, calling him an egotistical “faker.” Ginsburg also suggested she would move to New Zealand if Trump got elected.

In response, Donald Trump clapped back on Twitter, suggesting RBG should resign.

“I think it’s highly inappropriate that a United States Supreme Court judge gets involved in a political campaign,” Trump told reporters. “It’s a disgrace to the Court.”

With her anti-Trump statements, Ginsburg violated Canon 5 of the judicial Code of Conduct, which states that a federal “judge should not publicly endorse or oppose a candidate for public office.”

Ginsburg was widely condemned by both liberals and conservatives for being unprofessional, including by the left-wing editorial boards of the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Days later, Ruth Bader Ginsburg apologized for her inappropriate remarks in a statement: “My recent remarks in response to press inquiries were ill-advised and I regret making them. Judges should avoid commenting on a candidate for public office.”
