Conservative radio personality Mark Levin will host his own Fox News show starting in 2018.
“Life, Liberty & Levin” will air Sundays at 10 p.m. and is set to debut in February, Fox News announced.
Levin is currently the host of the “Mark Levin Show,” the third-largest syndicated radio program in the United States. The show has a massive following and airs on 300 radio stations around the country.
Levin, a frequent guest on Fox News over the years, is known for being a hard-core conservative. His hiring signals that Fox News may not be shifting politically to the left, as many viewers had worried it would.
After FNC founder Roger Ailes died in May 2017, many Fox News fans expressed concern on social media that the cable news titan would lean more centrist or to the left with Rupert Murdoch’s two liberal sons at the helm.
Ironically, it was because Fox News filled a void by offering conservative programming, that it became so successful after launching in 1996.
Fox News has been the No. 1 cable news network in the world every year for the past 21 years.
Check out this sample of last week’s TV ratings. Fox News crushed CNN and MSNBC every hour of the day, especially during the key prime-time hours:

A former Never-Trumper, Mark Levin came around to supporting Trump after he became the GOP nominee.
Levin has since praised President Trump for trying to protect Americans against terrorists with his extreme vetting programs (see video above).

In June 2017, Levin verbally bodyslammed MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, saying they’re liberal stooges who constantly attack Trump because they’re desperate for ratings. “He jacked up the ratings for that nonsensical show that I never watched!” Levin laughed.
The bestselling author recently said on his radio show that conservatism is not an ideology, but a way of life.
“Conservatism is not an ideology,” Levin said. “Conservatism, ladies and gentlemen, is about life. Yes, it can be economic, social, but at its core, it’s a way of living. Marxism, nationalism, populism, progressivism — that’s not about a way of living. That’s about man trying to rejigger and social-engineer society.”
