Ann Coulter is not done with her social-media dragging of Delta Airlines.

Coulter unleashed a volcanic Twitter tirade last weekend after Delta bumped her from a pre-booked, pre-paid preferred seat with no explanation.

The 6-foot-tall blonde paid an extra $30 for a preferred seat to accommodate her long legs. Delta then gave the seat to another (shorter) woman while offering no explanation to a frustrated Coulter.

She’s now accusing the airline of targeting her because she’s a conservative. Coulter posted a screenshot of a conversation she claims was passed on to her by a Delta flight attendant claiming the airline intentionally refused to honor her preferred seat accommodation for political reasons.

At this point, there’s no way to verify whether the texts actually came from a Delta employee. But the airline’s dismissive, scolding Twitter response to Coulter when she lodged her complaint lends some credence to her allegation.

Coulter is a prominent conservative firebrand that even non-political people would easily recognize on the street, even if they don’t remember her name.

Whether you like or hate Ann, many joined in her complaints about Delta Airlines and their substandard service. When Coulter complained about Delta, thousands of other Twitter users also aired their complaints and horror stories.

Airlines have recently come under fire from all sides for their dismal customer service and exorbitant prices. It was punctuated by a shocking incident in April 2017, when United Airlines battered and dragged a 69-year-old physician off a flight to accommodate three of its own employees.

The incident sparked worldwide outrage. Under public and media pressure, United’s CEO apologized, and the airline settled a lawsuit filed by the passenger. Delta’s gaffe with Ann Coulter is just the latest chapter in an unending tsunami of airline screw-ups.
