Two young illegal aliens could face the death penalty after an argument turned deadly.
Yeremy Alexander Zapata Aleman, 17, of Honduras, and Keyner Ariel Calero Jiron, 20, of Nicaragua, are facing capital murder charges after allegedly shooting a 17-year-old pregnant girl whose baby died after an emergency C-section had to be performed.
The boys crossed the U.S. border illegally, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and reportedly followed the pregnant teen after an argument in a 7-Eleven parking lot on May 3, around 12:40 am, Fox 4 reported.

The shooting led to a police chase resulting in Calero Jiron’s vehicle crashing, and cocaine, MDMA, and illegal weapons were found at the scene.
Cynthia Trevino says her granddaughter was 22 weeks pregnant when she and the baby were shot.
“It was a blessing for us,” Trevino said of being able to hold the baby before it was taken away. “They’re going to live with that for the rest of their life. They destroyed their own life because they’re young,” she told Fox 4.
The boys could face the death penalty if convicted on capital murder charges, and both face multiple other charges, including felony aggravated assault and possession of cocaine.
