Fox News’ Peter Doocy offers ‘world exclusive’ on UFO files released by Trump

Fox News senior White House correspondent Peter Doocy reported on what he described as a “world exclusive,” sharing some of the content from the initial batch of UFO files released by President Trump.

“So a White House official left this hard drive on my desk overnight,” Doocy said Friday morning on Fox & Friends. “You can see on it, it says ‘AARO files, copy two of three.’ That is the All Domain Resolution Office, copy two of three. This is the first big batch of UFO disclosure ordered by President Trump.”

“We have been going through this all morning and overnight to try and put together the best videos so we can all look at this together. This is a world exclusive,” he added.

Doocy describes the first clip as being from the skies of the United Arab Emirates in 2024, pointing to a flying object that he says looks like “an inverted teardrop with a vertically linear trailing mass.”

“The War Department can’t say for sure what this is,” he reported.

The next clip is from December 2022 in Iraq, showing a flying object moving across the screen.

“All CENTCOM gets from this is ‘an area of contrast’ — that’s what they describe it as,” Doocy said.

A third clip shows a “Small and circular UAP (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena)” over the skies of Greece.

The Department of War issued a statement Friday detailing the released files, crediting President Trump’s focus on “providing maximum transparency to the public.”

“Today, the Department of War announced the initial release of new, never-before-seen files on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) as part of the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE),” the release said. “This interagency effort includes The White House, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), the Department of Energy (DOE), the DOW’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and additional components of U.S. intelligence agencies.”

“The American people can now access the federal government’s declassified UAP files instantly. The latest UAP videos, photos, and original source documents from across the entire United States government are all in one place – no clearance required,” the statement added.

“The Department of War is in lockstep with President Trump to bring unprecedented transparency regarding our government’s understanding of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena,” Secretary of War Pete Hegseth said. “These files, hidden behind classifications, have long fueled justified speculation — and it’s time the American people see it for themselves. This release of declassified documents demonstrates the Trump Administration’s earnest commitment to unprecedented transparency.”

On the other hand, there is dissatisfaction with the pace of the roll out.

“Looks like the beginning stages of this new UAP information dump are things most people already know or have seen. People are tired of going around in circles and the slow rollout. Just drop everything. Let’s make some real progress and move forward already,” the popular The SCIF account posted on X.

Here are a few of the videos circulating on X early Friday:
