Journalist at dinner reportedly said amid chaos, ‘I hope they kill the orange MF’

Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) claims that a reporter hiding from the White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooter made a horrific statement.

While speaking to The Daily Wire‘s Lynden Blake, Ogles reveals that he heard a female reporter say, “I hope they kill the orange mf,” likely referring to President Donald Trump. If true, it would be a desire so shockingly devoid of humanity that it is enough to make you wonder why she was there in the first place.

Watch:

“There was a reporter, I probably shouldn’t say this, but Imma say it. There was a reporter in the room who was under a table, and when the shots went off, everybody’s hiding, she said ‘I hope they kill the orange mf,’” Ogles said. “That was a journalist in the room, who was hoping that when she stood up, the President of the United States would be dead. So I’m coming to a public venue where I know it might be hostile, to expose myself to an honest dialogue, an open dialogue, because if you ask me a question and I don’t have an answer, I will get you something in writing, or we can talk on the phone.”

“But when you have members of the press openly enticing, hoping, talking about killing the chief executive officer of this country, again, Muslim, Jew, Hindu, I don’t care. That’s a problem,” he continued. “‘I hope they kill the orange mf.’”

X users were shocked that Ogles didn’t name the reporter in question, so she could be publicly shamed:
