New ransom note sent to TMZ claims to know where Nancy Guthrie’s dead body is

As the search for Savannah Guthrie’s mother, Nancy, continues, new ransom notes have surfaced.

TMZ reports that they have received two mysterious notes that indicate the writer not only knows where Nancy Guthrie’s body is, but also who took her. They were reportedly sent by the same person who previously demanded bitcoin payments in exchange for information related to the case.

“I will share a little bit of news with you,” Harvey Levin told viewers on Monday. “The person who has been incessantly contacting us, we got another letter today from this person, an email, saying, ‘I know where her body is and who the kidnapper is. Give me half a bitcoin, and I’ll tell you.’ And this person has been really persistent, knowing that if it’s a scam, it’s a federal crime.”

The letter, like the others, was forwarded to the FBI.

“It’s unbelievable that millions have been wasted and yet here I am willing to deliver them on a silver platter since the 11th of february for a bitcoin but I am disregarded as a scam … they are free and the case is frozen but the ego’s remain hot when it comes to me,” the first letter allegedly stated, appearing to express the writer’s frustration at not being taken seriously. “Arrogance at its finest.”

The writer has also made it clear that they are not involved with whatever happened to Nancy Guthrie and have been out of the country for over five years. In the second letter, they also explained their motivation for demanding compensation for the information rather than just telling authorities out of the goodness of their heart.

“I just want what’s fair and to live peacefully with enough to start my life again quietly without having to join a witness protection program,” the person wrote.
