McRidiculed! McDonald’s CEO fried for awkward promo tasting new Big Arch Burger

The CEO of McDonald’s is going viral for his bizarre video promoting a new menu item.

Chris Kempczinski, CEO and chairman of McDonald’s, shared a video showing off the new Big Arch Burger. Viewers intrigued by the new item couldn’t help but notice how strange the whole video was, pointing out how awkward and inauthentic it felt:

“This is something that we have tested already in Portugal, Germany, Canada. I love this product, it is so good,” Kempczinski said. “I’m going to do a tasting right now, but I’m going to eat this for my lunch, just so you know. Here we go, first, holy cow! God, that is a big burger. We have this unique kind of sesame, poppy sort of bun on it. We’ve got two quarter-pound patties, a delicious Big Arch sauce and of course some lettuce. There’s so much going on.”

Then came time for the taste test.

“First of all, let’s try to get this thing… I don’t even know how to attack it. Got so much to it,” he said, struggling to find a way to take a bite of the burger. “Oh, there’s also some crispy onions on here as well. I see those kind of coming out. Alright, the moment of truth.”

“That’s a big bite for a Big Arch,” he said, showing the camera the burger in a moment that has been highly ridiculed.
