Democrats dutifully abandoned the plot anew as President Donald Trump’s negotiations on Greenland became the latest pivot to question his fitness over a letter to Norway.
Customary of Trump Derangement Syndrome sufferers, any action of the president is seen as an opportunity to leverage another negative salvo of coordinated messaging. The latest took shape after a nod to the Nobel Peace Prize was treated as though Trump had “lost touch with reality” in calling out America’s need to have “Complete and Total Control of Greenland.”
As had been reported, a joint message from Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre and Finnish President Alexander Stubb found the chief executive responding to Støre about the Nobel snub despite “having stopped 8 Wars PLUS.”
Trump’s assertion that he no longer felt obligated to “think purely of Peace” and could “now think about what is good and proper for the United States of America,” had elected Democrats contending the president was “unhinged.”
Connecticut Sen. Chris Murphy reacted to PBS News foreign affairs correspondent Nick Schifrin’s report on the letter by writing on X, “These are the ramblings of a man who has lost touch with reality. He isn’t ok. He’s degraded significantly in the last year, and he’s about to get us into a war with our allies.”

Likewise, New Jersey Sen. Andy Kim posted, “Unhinged and embarrassing, but also incredibly dangerous. Trump is doing lasting damage to our global position, which will harm our ability to keep America safe, secure, and prosperous,” and Hawaiin Sen. Brian Schatz contented, “I don’t see how you can be a serious person and not find this extremely worrisome. He is not stable at all and his reality is warped. He was always a bit like this of course but now he’s 80.”
Even former Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger, a self-described “Proud RINO,” sounded off, contending, “Guys. Republicans. It’s time to move Gramps into a home … Let’s adults govern again.”
In his own statement on the letter, Støre told Bloomberg, “Regarding the Nobel Peace Prize, I have several times clearly explained to Trump what is well known, namely that it is an independent Nobel Committee, and not the Norwegian government, that awards the prize.”
Of course, the president views things differently as he told the press while traveling, “If anybody thinks doesn’t control the Nobel Prize, they’re just kidding. They have a board, but it’s controlled by Norway. And I don’t care what Norway says.”

While corporate media shared just that clip, Trump went on to say, “But I really don’t care about that. What I care about is saving lives. And I think I’ve saved tens of millions of lives,” he added, referencing the conflicts resolved during the first year of his second administration.
White House Deputy Press Secretary Anna Kelly also confirmed the letter’s authenticity and said the president “is confident Greenlanders would be better served if protected by the United States from modern threats in the Arctic region,” while social media users slammed the “propaganda and lies” of the left.
More propaganda and lies.

All the looney Dems got their pathetic DNC propaganda lines for the week.

I’m sure you said the same about Dementia Joe, right? Right?

All I hear is “this could upset allies.” OK… then what’s the counterproposal? Because pretending the Arctic doesn’t matter isn’t a policy.
