Scott Jennings explains how Mamdani is about to get schooled after Trump agrees to a meeting

What happens when you put a pie-in-the-sky socialist together with a man representing a historic capitalist success story? Americans are about to find out.

“Communist Mayor of New York City, Zohran ‘Kwame’ Mamdani, has asked for a meeting,” President Trump posted on Truth Social on Wednesday. “We have agreed that this meeting will take place at the Oval Office on Friday, November 21st. Further details to follow!”

The NYC mayor-elect will be sworn in on Jan. 1st, and many people suspect he wants to meet with Trump to secure federal funds.

Whatever the reason, CNN’s Scott Jennings is “glad” Mamdani will be taking the meeting, because he has a lot to learn from Trump.

“Trump is going to have an opportunity to explain to him how the world works,” Jennings explained. “We have federal laws, and we have international diplomacy, “ he continued. “And those things are handled by the president, not the mayor of New York City.”
