Outrage is growing against an activist judge for giving the only two attackers charged in the brutal D.C. beating of a former DOGE staffer a slap on the wrist.
Edward Coristine, also known as “Big Balls,” suffered a broken nose and a concussion after he was allegedly attacked by 10 teens while protecting a friend from an attempted carjacking.
Pictures of the badly battered Coristine and his story circulated online after the incident and sparked President Trump’s move to bring troops into D.C. to quell out-of-control crime.
Only two of the perps against “Big Balls” were caught, and now, thanks to Biden-appointed Judge Kendra Briggs, who doesn’t want to “punish”, they’ll walk.
BREAKING: Kendra Briggs, a Biden-appointed judge, gives NO jailtime to the teens responsible for brutally attacking DOGE employee “Big Balls.”
The teens were instead sentenced to ONLY probation. Judge Briggs stated that her goal is to “rehabilitate, not to punish.” pic.twitter.com/EK8euBvDl6

President Trump reacted to the news, saying that U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, Jeanine Pirro, “is beside herself” over the epidemic of activist judges letting criminals walk. “The judge should be ashamed,” he said.

Plenty of X users agreed:
The judge claimed that her job is to ‘rehabilitate’, not ‘punish’…
But without punishment, there IS no rehabilitation.

Zero consequences = zero change.
The midterms determine if there are enough votes in the Senate to impeach these judges. Your vote could make the difference. Make sure we give them the tools to do the job! Vote accordingly!

The midterms are critical.

Pass a bill for bad judges. 3 strikes and YOU’RE OUT! Great way to replace leftist judges.

You could literally solve all serially-committed violent crime OVERNIGHT by just holding judges accountable as accessories to the crimes committed by those they let out of prison…
They wouldn’t risk letting them out.
And that’s a good thing for everyone.

When these teens commit more crimes while out on “rehabilitation” judge Briggs should be held liable for the crimes committed. If she’s so confident about the rehabilitation of the teens she should have to sign for their release and future crimes.
