‘Good riddance!’ Egyptian man kicked out of America after kicking beloved CBP beagle

Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin reported on what proved to be a happy ending in the eyes of many after a working K9 at Dulles International Airport was kicked by a traveler from Egypt.

The dog, a CBP beagle named Freddy, detected prohibited agriculture in the man’s luggage, according to Melugin, prior to the violent attack.

“He was kicked so hard he was lifted off the ground & suffered contusions to his rib area, the Fox News reporter posted on X, before adding that the man was on his way back to Egypt after being kicked out of America.

“According to CBP, 70-year-old Hamed Aly Marie pled guilty during an initial appearance in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia to harming animals used in law enforcement (18USC1368),” Melugin shared. “He was credited with time served, ordered to pay the veterinarian’s fee, and to immediately report to CBP for removal from the United States. Marie departed the United States on a flight to Egypt at 12:30 p.m. today.”

Freddy reportedly detected over 100 pounds of prohibited food, including beef, rice, and vegetables, in the man’s luggage, according to a statement from Customs and Border Protection.

No word yet on whether Democratic lawmakers will adopt the deported animal abuser as their latest cause de jour, after running interference for deported murderers, gang bangers, and sex offenders.
