Fmr FBI analyst turned Dem candidate is mocked for coming ‘out of the shadows’ in ridiculous campaign ad

A former FBI analyst who reportedly quit when Kash Patel was tapped to be his boss is running for office, and he has A LOT to say.

John Sullivan is “stepping out of the shadows” to challenge Republican Rep. Michael Lawler for New York’s 17th Congressional District, and is being slammed for a hyperbolic campaign ad that can be likened to a poorly written and acted B-spy movie. No, make that C.

“For 17 years I was an FBI intelligence analyst, working in secret to keep us safe from global threats and the insurrectionists who stormed our Capitol,” Sullivan declared in the ad.

He went on to claim that he had to leave the FBI now that the threat is coming from within the White House.
