Megyn Kelly: ‘If only we had this kind of judicial second-guessing of the president who let them INTO the country’

Activist judges who continue to thwart President Donald Trump’s illegal immigration efforts were curiously silent during the Biden presidency.

As the president makes good on campaign promises to make America safe, judges continue to block efforts to deport criminal illegal aliens out of the country. Journalist Megyn Kelly wondered how they have now found their voices after silence, as former President Joe Biden let millions come into the U.S. illegally.

Kelly was reacting to updates from political commentator Julie Kelly on how a DC appellate court panel upheld Judge Boasberg’s order halting the deportations of Venezuelan gang members.

“If only we had this kind of judicial second-guessing of the president who let them INTO the country,” the host of The Megyn Kelly Show wrote on X.

“The appellate judges–like Boasberg–are very worried how the illegals gang bangers will be treated in an El Salvador prison,” Julie Kelly continued in her breakdown of the case.

Kelly expressed her shock in one post detailing how one of the judges noted that Javier, one of the illegal aliens to be deported, “was just a struggling tattoo artist from Ciudad Guayana looking for a fresh start to hone his craft.”

The fact that the same judges seemed to have no complaints when Biden was allowing the criminal illegal migrants into the U.S. as they do for Trump’s attempts to send them home infuriated X users.
