It was an ugly scene as three Israeli and five Thai hostages were released by Islamic terrorists in Gaza.
The Hamas terrorists wore masks as they roughly transported the hostages through an angry Palestinian mob to hand over to the Red Cross on Thursday.
The first Israeli hostage freed, Agam Berger, 20, was paraded on a stage in Northern Gaza, wearing a fake Israel Defense Forces (IDF) uniform, similar to how four female hostages had been shown on Saturday, Breitbart reported. The second set of released hostages, Arbel Yehoud, 29, and Gadi Mozes, 80, were subjected to physical abuse by a violent crowd.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the release of Palestinian terrorist prisoners to be delayed until Israel receives assurances no other hostages will be subjected to that treatment again.
“I view with utmost severity the shocking scenes during the release of our hostages,” a statement from Netanyahu said. “This is additional proof of the inconceivable brutality of the Hamas terrorist organization.
“I demand that the mediators make certain that such terrible scenes do not recur, and guarantee the safety of our hostages.
“Whoever dares to harm our hostages will pay the price.”
Footage of the disturbing scene didn’t take long to land on X:
As we express our gratitude to our dear President @realDonaldTrump for securing the safe return of the #hostages, we also seek to raise global awareness about the disturbing treatment of the 80-year-old Gadi #Moshe #Moses, whose release has been marred by #embarrassing,… pic.twitter.com/KPiDhny9UE

I must say, after the horrific images we witnessed during the release of hostages today, I find it difficult to have any empathy for the ‘civilians’ of Gaza, given they are so indistinguishable from the savages of Hamas. They are no different to those who stormed on Oct 7th. pic.twitter.com/A4k3yl0UZF

Anger also boiled over at the Red Cross for not doing enough to keep the hostages safe:
What a deplorable way to treat an innocent hostage being released. The Red Cross and international community should hang their heads in shame for standing by pic.twitter.com/ZA7yhd6lUq

Thankfully, the hostages were eventually reunited with their families.
Alright. I’m sobbing.
The moment Gadi Mozes is reunited with his children.

80-years-old, amazing.
Reunion footage of Berger, the 20-year-old who was paraded on the stage before release also showed up on X:

An American hostage is expected to be released on Friday. Be assured that the world and President Trump will be watching.
