‘A travesty’: Biden on a roll, to award Hillary Clinton, George Soros ‘Medal of Freedom’

Announced recipients of the highest civilian honor included activists, advocates, and two of the most influential figures in Democratic Party politics.

“…like awarding a bank robber for innovation in wealth redistribution.”

Only two days after honoring former Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney with a Presidential Citizens Medal citing “Dignity” and “decency” in supposedly “putting the American people over party” with the sham Jan. 6 committee, lame-duck President Joe Biden kept the kudos coming with a new round of honorees.

Among the 19 recipients selected to receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom included the likes of musician and activist Bono, actor and advocate Michael J. Fox, and Bill Nye “the Science Guy,” the incumbent had selected former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and billionaire, dark money financier George Soros.

“President Biden believes great leaders keep the faith, give everyone a fair shot, and put decency above all else. These nineteen individuals are great leaders who have made America and the world a better place. They are great leaders because they are good people who have made extraordinary contributions to their country and the world,” came the announcement Saturday.

While Clinton was touted mainly for firsts as a woman “over decades in public service,” Soros was lauded as “an investor, philanthropist, and founder of the Open Society Foundations.”

“Through his network of foundations, partners and projects in more than 120 countries, Soros has focused on global initiatives that strengthen democracy, human rights, education, and social justice,” detailed the release.

Unshared in the announcement were details from Federal Election Commission records that laid out how Soros had delivered over $175 million to Democratic Party elections in the 2022 midterms and that, in 2024, more than $60 million had been directed through his Democracy PAC to congressional races and leftist causes.

In fact, while talking heads spun over the world’s richest man, Elon Musk, investing $250 million toward helping President-elect Donald Trump’s victory, a reminder that “Soros has funneled over $32 billion…to Democrats and their causes through his foundation,” suggested the snowflakes simmer down.

Notably, the spooky dude financier had often been criticized for influencing attorney general races across the country, including backing Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg who was at the center of President-elect Donald Trump’s New York conviction for falsifying business records, which, as it happened, had just set a sentencing date on Friday.

Another notable inclusion on the list was celebrity chef and World Central Kitchen founder José Andrés who lost members of his charity group in both Ukraine and Gaza, with the latter following a strike from the Israel Defense Forces.

The remaining figures receiving the honor were the late former Defense Secretary Ash Carter, alphabet activist Tim Gill, primatologist Dr. Jane Goodall, late civil rights leader Fannie Lou Hamer, NBA Hall of Famer Earvin “Magic” Johnson, late former U.S. Attorney General Robert Francis Kennedy, fashion designer Ralph Lauren, soccer star Lionel Messi, late former Michigan Gov. George Romney, The Carlyle Group co-founder David Rubenstein, author George Stevens, Jr., actor Denzel Washington and Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour

Reactions remained heavily focused on Clinton and Soros and their reputations for trying to stop Trump.
