A resurfaced video of then-Rep. Adam Schiff has sparked a new call for accountability for the newly minted-Democrat senator.

As the curtain is pulled back on the truth about President Joe Biden’s mental decline, which Democrats like Schiff vehemently denied, clips have been circulating online showing the many egregious lies and verbal gymnastics employed to cover up what everyone could plainly see.

Schiff’s questioning of then-Special Counsel Robert Hur before a congressional committee has sparked renewed condemnation for the California Democrat who blasted Hur for the way he portrayed Biden after investigating his mishandling of classified documents.

In his report earlier this year, Hur determined that no criminal charges would be brought against the president since he would appear to any jury “as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Democrats raged at the special counsel for his characterization. In the resurfaced clip on X, Schiff could be seen lecturing Hur during the hearing.

“You don’t gratuitously do things to prejudice the subject of an investigation when you’re declining to prosecute,” Schiff said. “You don’t gratuitously add language that you know will be useful in a political campaign. You were not born yesterday, you understood exactly what you were doing.”

“There is nothing more common with a witness of any age when asked about events that are years old to say ‘I do not recall,’” Schiff declared as he defended Biden’s mental state. “Indeed they are instructed by their attorney to do that.”

A few months later, Schiff was calling on Biden to drop out of the White House race.

In a statement sharing that the “nation is at a crossroads,” Schiff said, “A second Trump presidency will undermine the very foundation of our democracy, and I have serious concerns about whether the President can defeat Donald Trump in November.”
