Fresh off of fine for wearing MAGA hat, NFL player does Trump dance after 49ers sack

NFL star Nick Bosa set off speculation and fan reactions with a celebratory move that seemed kind of familiar.

The San Francisco 49ers starting defensive end took a moment with teammates to celebrate a move during Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after Bosa sacked Baker Mayfield for a 10-yard loss in the fourth quarter.

While there has not yet been any confirmation that Bosa did, in fact, do a quick “Trump Dance,” many fans watching were convinced the 49ers defensive star was again showing his support of President-elect Donald Trump with the move as seen in clips from the NFL and Fox Sports.

Bosa was fined $11,255 by the League after he crashed a live ESPN interview last month and drew attention to his Trump hat declaring “Make America Great Again.” That move was seen as a boss move by many supporters of the former president and Bosa’a celebratory dance on Sunday had many wondering if he was channeling Trump again.

The incoming 47th president has gone viral himself for his quirky dance that has generated countless social media memes.

Trump gave Bosa a little love on social media on Sunday.

In a post-game interview with reporters, Bosa was not asked about his dance but many X users continued to get a kick out of his moves along with his teammates, defensive end Leonard Floyd and defensive tackle Sam Okuayinonu.
