The “venom of cancel culture” accounted for two other victims as Melania Trump’s memoir alleged “civil rights violations” against both her and her son, Barron.

A second impeachment, the sham Jan. 6 committee, and a series of indictments were just a part of the targeting of former President Donald Trump after he left office. Now, as the former first lady shared insights about her life both within and beyond the White House, her memoir revealed the apparent “political discrimination” that saw her de-banked and her son denied his own account.

In an excerpt from her newly-released memoir, “Melania,” detailed by the New York Post, the former supermodel expressed, “I was shocked and dismayed to learn that my long-time bank decided to terminate my account and deny my son the opportunity to open a new one.”

“The decision appeared to be rooted in political discrimination, raising serious concerns about civil rights violations,” she said, profiling the “venom of cancel culture” that had been experienced in the wake of Jan. 6, 2021.

Mrs. Trump’s reported experience made her one of a considerable number of victims of a pseudo-social credit system that had been treated as a joke by the cast of “Saturday Night Live.”

After the president brought up the apparent targeted attacks, cast member Colin Jost’s attempt at belittling the term found a swift reality check from Fox News host Greg Gutfeld who’d said, “This is what happens when you live in your own echo chamber. Not one SNL writer or audience member realized that de-banking is a real thing actually happening to the right.”

Gutfeld went on to say, “Canada did it to the truckers. JPMorgan is doing it to conservatives and Christians. It was done to J/6 protestors. All it takes is a simple Google search. De-banking is real.”

The excerpt from the memoir went on to state, “The ‘cancel mob’ now includes corporations, traditional media, influential social media figures, and cultural institutions. This disheartening trend reflects the current socio-political landscape in the United States.”

“The cancellation continues — an attitude by businesses both big and small that never ceases to surprise me,” said Trump. “It is ironic that my business acumen is criticized, while other former government officials receive praise for similar endeavors, such as security multimillion-dollar media deals. The disparity can only be explained by biases related to my last name and political affiliation.”

Despite setbacks like the one described, during her appearance on “The Five” Tuesday, the former first lady detailed that Barron was “doing great” since he had started his freshman year at New York University.

“He loves his classes and his professors,” she told the panel. “He’s doing well, he’s thriving and he’s enjoying to be in New York City again.”
