Kamala's newest accessory is a ploy to avoid the press, and it's not fooling anyone

Vice President Kamala Harris is getting called out for her sneaky use of earphones to seemingly ignore the media.

The moment Harris boarded her flight from Joint Base Andrews to campaign across the country turned heads as she appeared to avoid the press and their questions by wearing earphones. The clip caused a stir on Twitter, where people questioned her capacity to lead if she can’t even answer simple questions.

After becoming the Democratic presidential candidate, it took Harris about a month to conduct an interview with the press. This fact disturbed many Americans who suggested that her truncated campaign likely called for increased urgency from the campaign. To many, this look appears to convey her lack of interest in communicating with the media.
