‘So sad!’ White House evokes a very patronizing way to refer to Biden’s next presser

Patronizing, embarrassing, and self-sabotaging were all among the responses elicited after the White House revealed how they were referring to President Joe Biden’s upcoming press conference.

Despite his defiant posturing, the presumptive nominee for the Democratic Party hasn’t done much to instill confidence in his ongoing candidacy. As even once-friendly talking heads of corporate media recoiled at his demeanor and challenged his faculties, support staff proved themselves to be anything but as they previewed his upcoming “big boy” press conference.

Yes, Monday during the White House press briefing both White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby explained in their rundown of Biden’s schedule that the culmination of the NATO summit would be a “big boy” presser where the resident-in-chief would take more than a couple of questions.

“…the president will hold a press conference — I guess a ‘big boy’ press conference…what we’re calling it — and take some questions…” said Kirby turning to Jean-Pierre who herself detailed, “This week, President Biden will speak to national labor leaders of AFL-CIO, host the NATO summit to show the unprecedented strength of our alliance, hold a press conference — a ‘big boy’ press conference — according to Justin Sink from Bloomberg…”

Instilling the same amount of confidence that the incumbent remained capable of performing his duties and having access to the nuclear football as First Lady Jill Biden lauding him for answering all the questions after his debate disaster against former President Donald Trump, incredulity rocked social media as the clips of the spokespeople circulated.

Captioning a video from Fox News’ coverage of the press conference where Jean-Pierre reiterated the “big boy” line, Greg Price of the State Freedom Caucus Network weighed in, “These people really sat down in a room together at the White House and said to themselves ‘you know what would really revamp the image of our dementia ridden boss? Telling the world that he’s giving a ‘big boy press conference.'”

While for some, like “The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg, it didn’t matter if Biden “pooped his pants,” others were less keen on the U.S. Secret Service detail becoming glorified aides as part of some traveling assisted living facility.

As a reminder, Goldberg had taken her first opportunity to address the debate Monday by sharing with the audience how she herself experienced “poopy days” in opposition to the growing consensus on the president’s waning functionality and seemingly in favor of any warm body that could obtain the votes necessary to defeat Trump in November.

With Biden slated to be joined by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy Thursday after welcoming Sweden into NATO, social media users shared in shaming the administration and digitally face-palming over the new low that had been reached in power-hungry politics.
