Elon Musk offers EPIC interpretation of Stephen King saying ‘it’s time’ for Biden to drop out

The “King of Horror” finally had to admit that even he could no longer accept President Joe Biden’s re-election bid.

Author Stephen King shared his take on how the “fine president” needs to move on – to save democracy and all. His entreaty was met with a mocktastic response from X owner Elon Musk that set off a wave of ridicule.

“Joe Biden has been a fine president, but it’s time for him—in the interests of the America he so clearly loves—to announce he will not run for re-election,” King wrote on X Monday.

The author of “The Shining” and “Carrie” is the latest on the VIP Democrat bandwagon to dump Biden in the wake of his own horror show of a debate against former President Donald Trump.

“Even Stephen King is voting for Trump!” billionaire Tesla CEO Elon Musk reacted.

King seemed to jab at Biden last week when he seemed to make a comparison between Biden’s refusal to quit the race to the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s refusal to retire from the Supreme Court before her death.

Leftist actor Rob Reiner has also called for Biden to step down, joining other Democrat donors and supporters such as Damon Lindelof and Reed Hastings. On Sunday, four House Democrats including Jerry Nadler of New York joined the chorus.

Biden, meanwhile has insisted he is staying in the race.

Social media users entertained by King’s call for Biden to exit also found Musk’s response more than appropriate.
