They want a one-party state with no constitutional limits.

Joe Biden and his party have told us that if Donald Trump is elected president, he will commit crimes with impunity. This comes in the wake of the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity decision. The Democrats making such accusations have both mischaracterized the decision and projected their own criminal and totalitarian proclivities onto Trump and his supporters.

Trump did not violate or threaten the Constitution as president. Biden and Democrats have done this repeatedly.

Biden contended that Trump’s January 6 actions were an assault on democracy and denounced the SCOTUS decision: “The public has a right to know the answer about what happened on January 6 before they are asked to vote again this year.”

The public’s awareness or lack thereof was not the question before the court. Rather, the justices were addressing the constitutionality of the prosecution against Trump.

House Democrats and two RINOs withheld the truth about January 6. The committee Nancy Pelosi created violated Congress’s rules and manipulated evidence to arrive at its predetermined conclusion of Trump’s guilt. The committee did not investigate the role of the FBI, Pelosi, and violent groups, such as Antifa, connected to the Democrat Party.

Biden’s Justice Department (DOJ) did not charge Trump with insurrection because it would not have gotten a conviction even with a biased jury. Instead of acting immediately, the DOJ waited to charge Trump so that the trial would occur in 2024, leaving no doubt of its political nature. The DOJ broadly interpreted a statute that does not apply to the event.

The DOJ has timed the various judicial actions against Trump, all on shaky grounds, to get convictions before the election—all while knowing those would be overturned on appeal. Biden’s and Democrats’ abuse of the legal system, known as lawfare, threatens liberty.

Biden’s DOJ has characterized as terrorists parents who are upset their children are propagandized. It has persecuted pro-life demonstrators who have done nothing to warrant charges. In contrast, the DOJ has given passes to pro-abortion demonstrators who violated the law by protesting outside the residences of SCOTUS Justices.

House Democrats passed a national voting law in 2021 that would have prohibited requiring voter identification. This and other provisions of the bill would have assured Democrats perpetual power through electoral fraud. To stop this unconstitutional law from being overturned, Democrats proposed to pack the Supreme Court with political hacks.

The bill died in the Senate because two Democrats refused to kill the filibuster requiring 60 votes to end debate. If Biden were reelected with a Democrat Congress, they would try again. Biden and Democrats appear to believe a one-party state is democratic, as long as they run it.

In the June 27 CNN debate, after Trump said Biden is a criminal, Biden said, “The idea that I did anything wrong is outrageous. It is simply a lie.”

Biden has denied that the White House is behind the judicial actions against Trump. This is despite the charges coming only after Trump announced his candidacy. Biden had said earlier he would make sure Trump does not take power. Biden’s past shows he will do anything to get what he wants. His actions show he wants a one-party state, the opposite of what he and his party say.

In 2015, Biden leveraged US money to have a criminal UN commission in Guatemala extended. He then used the commission to imprison 17 innocent people to recover a contract for a US company. Guatemala’s president said Biden was a partner in the company and had lobbied him in Washington, DC, and Guatemala to favor it.

Guatemala’s national auditors in 2017 ruled the contract had been properly awarded to the company’s competitor. All accused were acquitted in 2019, after having spent nearly four years in prison without bail, except for two who had committed suicide while in prison.

Notable dictators, aspiring tyrants, and terrorists of the Sao Paulo Forum, Puebla Group, and Progressive International, cofounded by Bernie Sanders, gathered in Honduras from June 27 to 29. Spanish European Parliament Member Hermann Tertsch wrote: “The meeting addressed concerns about losing the Joe Biden administration, which has allied with totalitarian and narcocommunist forces.”

Tertsch added: “The radicalization of the North American left has been pivotal in supporting narcocommunist regimes and the strategic penetration of Russia, China, and Iran, posing a massive threat to the United States. Consequently, a significant portion of the Democratic Party has become a pillar supporting the main enemies of the United States.”

Biden’s regime, the Democrat Party, and their bureaucrat partners who run the State Department have supported US enemies and attacked US allies. They are flooding our country with illegal immigrants and narcotics in an attempt to transform the United States into a socialist dictatorship like those they support.

Biden and his partner media have been saying after the SCOTUS immunity decision that Trump will turn us into a dictatorship if given another term. As usual, they project themselves onto their enemies. Biden and Democrats are showing even more so now that they are dictators at heart.
