Grandkids don’t lie.
Political enemies, including much of the media, regularly demonize Donald Trump and frequently claim he’s a ruthless dictator on the same scale as Adolf Hitler. There’s little emphasis, if any, on the fact that the former president has 10 grandchildren between 3 and 16 years old.
What’s more, he appears to have a good relationship with his grandchildren.
Daughter-in-law Lara Trump, married to son Eric Trump, shared a video online a few days ago that flew under the radar. In the clip, Trump is seen walking into what appears to be Mar-A-Lago, when one of his young granddaughters rushes out to greet him. The doting 77-year-old grandfather held his arms out and scooped the child up into his arms for a big hug.

The grandchild may have been Eric and Lara’s daughter Carolina. Lara shared another endearing video last month of Carolina giggling as she heard Grandpa mention her name during a rally that was airing on a TV in front of her.
