The epidemic of violent crime that’s been raging on the streets of New York City has spread to the schools as a shocking video of a mob of kids on a “gifted and talented” bus brutalizing a fellow student has gone viral.
In the disturbing footage that was captured onboard the MTA bus that transports students from Mark Twain IS 239 for the Gifted and Talented in Coney Island to the subway station, the victim is repeatedly pummeled in vicious fashion.
The student is seen desperately trying to protect himself as taunts and blows rain down on him as he makes his way down the bus aisle, he’s also kicked and at one point, has a sneaker tossed at him by the young thugs, most of who seem to have one thing in common.

Some of the other kids onboard the bus are seen recording the brutal incident on their smartphones and at no point in the footage does an adult intervene to stop the beating.
On Monday, police set up shop in two of the school’s classrooms to investigate and to make arrests” the New York Post reported, citing sources. Eight students were reportedly arrested.
In a shot of two kids in cuffs that was posted to social media, one user said that the victim was a “f**king weirdo” who “shoulda died.”
The brutality of the video sparked outrage for users on X, the platform previously known as Twitter.

The incident took place months after an 11-year-old girl was also attacked at Mark Twain with the video also being posted to social media.
