Gutfeld suggests ‘horny’ AOC is insecure about her ‘soft and buttery’ boyfriend’s masculinity

Greg Gutfeld brought new meaning to the term hot take when he suggested one congresswoman’s border stance stoked fantasies about “young, virile men.”

Among the myriad concerns about the wide-open southern border, conservatives have often highlighted how the invasion includes large numbers of single, fighting-age men. During Tuesday’s edition of “The Five” on Fox News, co-host Gutfeld pointed to that demographic as he considered that New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez may well be fantasizing about them to get “horny.”

“I don’t like Taylor Swift, but I can see why a billion people embrace her music. When AOC happily psychoanalyzes groups of people, then it’s an invitation to return the favor, right?” said the comedic host of late-nights “Gutfeld” after Jeanine Pirro had shared a clip of the legislator.

An appearance by Ocasio-Cortez on the “I’ve Had It” podcast featured her contending that “[Former President] Donald Trump affirms insecure men’s idea of masculinity,” prompting Gutfeld to consider “her own insecurities” over the legislator’s apparent inability to cope with the fact that tens of millions of people had voted for the GOP figure.

“She’s saying that people who support Trump are projecting their masculine insecurity, but isn’t she saying that because of her own insecurities about her boyfriend’s masculinity? Right?” he asked. “She must realize how soft and buttery and feminine progressive males are, and it’s hard to get horny with a snowflake.”

“I think this is why she is so pro-illegal immigration,” he continued as co-host Dana Perino could be heard laughing. “She’s projecting her secret desires for young, virile men who are coming here in droves, and she’s stuck with pajama boy, and it’s driving her crazy. All these Trump supporters, men, MMA fighters — drives her nuts.”

Gutfeld’s consideration of the New York lawmaker’s personal life wasn’t the first as he had previously quipped over a fictional budding romance between her and Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz (R) while both were in committed relationships.

“I smell a romantic comedy,” he had said in May 2023 as the legislative duo were working together on a bill to ban lawmakers from stock trading. “A beautiful left-wing communist in Congress. A dashing right-wing male fresh off a wrongful allegation of sexual misconduct.”

“They come together to fight one of the most corrupt practices in politics. And they fall in love,” he continued. “They can’t help themselves. She’s got a French Poodle. He’s got a stranger hairline, but somehow they’re gonna make it work. and then they’re gonna leave politics and start their own business. It’ll be like a bakery. A vegan bakery, a vegan bakery for pets.”

While some on social media took affront to the analysis, despite Ocasio-Cortez’s infamously contending commentary about her came strictly from those who desire to “date” her, Gutfeld himself shared one reporter’s post about it with the caption, “One of my finer moments of analysis,” as others backed him up.
