Former President Donald Trump leveled renewed criticism at Fox News Channel, calling out the network’s “one-sided” coverage of the 2024 presidential race.
The Republican frontrunner tore into the top-rated cable news network on his Truth Social platform Monday, after a weekend that saw more endorsements and the announcement by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis that he was ending his presidential primary campaign.
Trump called out Fox News for the emphasis being placed on former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley. The GOP candidate, who also served as Trump’s United Nations ambassador and has been referred to by her former boss as “birdbrain,” remains in the fight.
“Hard to believe how one-sided FoxNews is – What a difference from the past (Likewise The Wall Street Journal!),” Trump wrote.
“No wonder the Republican base no longer cares about them,” he added.
“It was all about Ron DeSantis, and now it’s the BIRDBRAIN SHOW, but the curtains are coming down on that one on Tuesday evening. MAGA!” Trump wrote, referring to Tuesday’s scheduled primary in New Hamshire.
The former president has been quite vocal in his criticisms of Fox News though he does still make appearances on shows and did a town hall that aired opposite of CNN’s debate of Haley and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
Trump spoke with Fox News Host Lawrence Jones in a segment that aired early on “Fox & Friends” and on Monday, he spoke with Fox News’s Martha MacCallum in New Hampshire.

Trump recently blasted “Fox & Friends” co-host Steve Doocy and on Tuesday, Sean Hannity jabbed his colleague about his views.
“He was so anxious to go against me, that he fell into the proverbial ‘Trump’ trap, just like all others do,” Trump wrote.
