U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) bluntly accused Democrats and Big Pharma of “unleashing the crazies” on Americans, claiming that we have a right to go about our lives without being worried that some crazy leftist or mentally ill person will pop up and kill us.
He brought up the latest kill-fest in Louisville, Kentucky at a bank that left six dead, including the mentally disturbed leftist gunman, on his podcast “Firebrand with Matt Gaetz” on Monday.
Gaetz addressed Big Pharma’s “mind-altering” medications that Americans are far too dependent on and that cause “psychosis.” He also broached the subject that “the Democrats are telling the trans community… that Republicans are coming after them and they need to defend themselves by killing people who don’t agree with them.”
The GOP firebrand also shared for the first time a death threat from a gay leftist who was kind enough to not only spell his name but leave his phone number before threatening to blow Gaetz’s head off if he continued “coming for the gays.” The threat was left via a voicemail and the guy has now been arrested.

“So the Democrats are purposefully riling up their nutty shock troops in hopes that they will terrorize normal Americans into submission. Rand Paul was assaulted by his riled-up neighbor. A congressional baseball practice was shot up by a riled-up Bernie bro,” Gaetz accurately noted.
“The Democratic Party and Big Pharma are unleashing the crazies on you, and nobody seems to have a solution for it. So here’s one. We need to reopen the asylums,” he declared in a sentiment that many currently share. “There are severely mentally ill people who do not have a right to wander our streets seeking and selecting who they are going to terrorize, whether there is criminal culpability or not.”
Gaetz pointed out that it is not compassionate to let mentally unstable people roam the streets. Compassion is handling the situation and finding a way to help them even if that means they are reinstitutionalized.
“There is a permanent element of society that is dangerous, and it does not make us more just or more compassionate to have them walking amongst the rest of us because then you see the type of loss of life that we’ve seen too frequently from these acts of violence,” he noted, referring to numerous mass murders involving the mentally unstable.
Another pronouns shooter.
Connor Sturgeon is responsible for the Louisville bank mass shooting, killing five and injuring nine people.

“Now, subject to due process, of course in our Constitution, we have to put some people away. And that might not be politically correct to say, but it is the truth that we encounter, especially in a world in which we’re getting so many people chemically addicted,” Gaetz adamantly stated.
He also correctly commented that Americans have a right to feel safe as they go about their daily lives and to not live in fear constantly.
“Good people have a right to exist in the country without wondering if some crazy leftist or mentally ill individual lurking around the corner is about to post up and kill you, maybe even at your local bank like we saw in Kentucky, quite sadly,” Gaetz proclaimed.
