Warning bells have been going off over President Joe Biden’s administration conducting political attacks against his opponents through a weaponized FBI and, following the execution of dozens of search warrants against supporters of former President Donald Trump, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell reported that agents came after him at the drive-thru.
The Minnesota-based businessman has remained unrelenting in his pursuit of answers surrounding discrepancies from the 2020 presidential election and, as a result, has suffered backlash and blacklisting with major retailers pulling his product from their shelves and banks refusing to do business with him.
Tuesday, the persecution of the pillow entrepreneur was taken to a new level as he stopped for a meal at a Hardee’s.
“We pulled through the drive-thru, they take the order,” Lindell explained during his broadcast of “The Lindell Report.”
“We pull up and she says, ‘Pull ahead.’ We pull ahead and a car comes perpendicular and parks a little ways in front of us. And I’d been around the block and I said to my buddy, I said ‘That’s either a bad guy, or it’s FBI.'”
“Luckily it wasn’t a bad FBI guy,” the businessman joked before explaining another car blocked his vehicle from behind as well but that agents would not take him into custody despite him reporting, “I’ve been asking for you guys. This’ll make international, this’ll make national news.”
In addition to his recapping of the encounter on Lindell TV, the entrepreneur had posted a video explaining, “Today the FBI, you’re gonna hear this, you’re probably already hearing it in the news. The FBI came after me and took my phone. They surrounded me at a Hardee’s, and took my phone that I run all my business, everything with.”
“…what they have done is weaponize the FBI. It’s disgusting. I don’t have a computer, everything I do is on that phone, everything was on there. And they told me not to tell anybody. Here’s an order, don’t tell anybody! Okay, I won’t!” Lindell joked. “Well I am!”

“I said, ‘My whole company, I run five companies off of that. I don’t have a computer. My hearing aids run off of this. Everything runs off my phone.’ And then I said, ‘If I don’t give it to you, will you arrest me then?'” he asked insisting that if he were taken into custody then perhaps his research into the 2020 presidential election would be reviewed as evidence of impropriety.
In his retelling of the encounter, Lindell expressed that even refusal to turn over the device would not have resulted in his desired arrest as the FBI would have merely taken the phone by force. He further shared images of the documents presented to him by agents that revealed his device was being seized as part of an ongoing investigation into Mesa County, Colorado clerk Tina Peters who is facing felony charges for allegedly breaching the security of election equipment in her own quest for answers pertaining to the 2020 election.
The document read in part, “An official criminal investigation of a suspected felony is being conducted by an agency of the United States and a Federal Grand Jury in the District of Colorado. As a subpoena recipient, you are not under an obligation of secrecy. However, we request that you not disclose the existence of this subpoena for an indefinite period of time.”
“Although the law does not require non-disclosure unless a court order is issued, we believe that the impact of any disclosure could be detrimental to the investigation,” it continued and added, “If you do not believe that you can comply with this request, please notify the undersigned Assistant United States Attorney before you disclose the existence of this subpoena. Thank you.”
Meanwhile, Trump reacted to the sorry state America is in under the leadership of Biden as the apparent politically-motivated attacks have ramped up as the midterm elections have drawn closer.
He wrote on Truth Social Tuesday, “Breaking News: Mike Lindell, ‘THE Pillow Guy,’ was just raided by the FBI. We are now officially living in a Weaponized Police State, Rigged Elections, and all. Our Country is a laughing stock all over the World. The majesty of the United States is gone. Can’t let this happen. TAKE BACK AMERICA!”
