‘Go to hell, Joe!’ MTG blasts WH for comparing forgiven PPP loans to massive student loan handout

U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) told President Joe Biden exactly where he could go after the White House trotted out a claim concerning a forgiven Paycheck Protection Loan she received in 2020 following her objection to the student loan handout.

“I don’t respect you for leaving our border wide open allowing an invasion & deadly drugs in daily, arming the Taliban, wrecking our economy, killing our energy independence, & supporting killing the unborn & genital mutilation of children. Go to hell Joe,” she told Biden in a tweet Friday.

On Wednesday after the release of the heavily redacted DOJ affidavit that gave the green light for the thuggish raid on former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence and an incident where Biden called Greene “what’s her name,” the White House retaliated against the congresswoman and other Republicans.

“I found it fascinating that some of the folks who were talking about ‘this is big spending’ are the same people that got $158,000 in PPP money,” Biden told reporters in the clip. “Including the… what’s her name? That woman who believes in… well, anyway, a whole lot of Republicans got a lot of money. The very people criticizing.”

Greene tweeted in response, “Well if his dementia wasn’t so bad he could remember. At least President Trump knows everyone’s name. Joe is a career politician that knows nothing about making payroll during a tyrannical government shutdown. He only knows how to buy votes.”

The White House lashed out at the congresswoman after her anti-student loan handout comments and tweeted a clip of Greene, attempting to paint her as hypocritical, “Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene had $183,504 in PPP loans forgiven.”

Greene has previously excoriated Biden and expressed her disgust with him over the catastrophic Afghanistan debacle, “Joe Biden, you’re not a president. You’re a piece of sh-t. Thousands of Americans are stuck over there in Afghanistan and you’re letting the Taliban kick your ass while you’re lecturing governors about masks and vaccines. Do your job. Bring these Americans home.”

The White House then attacked other Republicans over forgiven PPP loans, erroneously and disingenuously comparing it to Biden forgiving over $300 billion in student loan debt.

Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) hit back over his forgiven PPP loan being called hypocritical.

Greene’s smackdown of the president follows Biden’s disparagement of Republicans at a Democratic fundraiser in Bethesda, according to NBC News.

“There are not many real Republicans anymore,” the president said. “By the way, your sitting governor, he’s a Republican you can deal with … I respect conservative Republicans. I don’t respect these MAGA Republicans”

“What we’re seeing now is the beginning or the death knell of an extreme MAGA philosophy. It’s not just Trump, it’s the entire philosophy that underpins the — I’m going to say something, it’s like semi-fascism,” Biden declared.

The White House issued a statement to Newsweek calling outrage from Republicans over the student loan handout “hypocrisy.”

“We’ve never hesitated to call out hypocrisy, and we’re not going to stop now,” White House spokeswoman Alexandra LaManna asserted.
